We needed a new septic system and had multiple plumbers fail to follow-up with us. When we called Cooter's, they promptly contacted us and came out to give us an estimate. They had a very good plan for our very limited acreage. As soon as the weather allowed, they installed our new system. Every one of the operators was very skilled. Especially the backhoe operator. I felt like I was watching a surgeon as he dug the new excavations for each of the new tanks, and then refilled them once the tanks were placed.

We have used Cooters Plumbing for nearly 20 years for various plumbing problems. This morning they came and fixed my outside hydrant that developed a leak. In and out in less than an hour, courteous, friendly, know what they are doing and the guy running the backhoe is a surgeon with the bucket. Excellent value for your dollar. I would not hesitate to call again with my next plumbing need. Highly recommend, 5 stars.

Cooter's replaced a leaking water line/joint inside a wall going to our upstairs shower. They did a great job in a courteous and professional manner. No wasting time with these guys...they come prepared, and get right to work.
