Called Coopersburg Plumbing for a grinder pump issue. The guys that came out were nice. They were at my home for exactly 7 minutes. I have cameras and checked the footage. They moved the floats around in the tank left their zip ties in my lawn for the dogs to choke on and left. The problem was still unresolved, but they said it was fixed. About a week later I received an invoice for 164.00. I called and spoke to Scott. He said he'd get back to me. Nothing. Finally reached Fred and it was nothing but attitude. ""We shouldn't have even come out to you. You don't have an account with us"". ""If there was a problem why did it take so long to contact me"". Seriously?? This shouldn't be this hard. I'd stay away and the two star review they have on here reflects that.

In all fairness to CPC, on Yelp it shows that Audree C. is from San Francisco, CA and Olga is from Leesburg, VA. ??????? Anyway, I used Coopersburg Plumbing for the first time in quite a while. While I was not happy with them for various reasons, I must say I was very happy with the technician who checked out the AC recently. However, the technicians were never the problem. Dean Stein (a.k.a.Dr. Dean), who is not there anymore, was the BEST ever when it came to plumbing issues. I notice he was also given rave reviews on Angi's site. After talking to Fred, I think they are trying to do better and I will be giving them more of my business once again.

I called Coopersburg Plumbing to fix 3 toilets in my house 6 months ago. Not only did it take more than 90 minutes to fix 3 toilets, the fixtures that were installed are much cheaper and less effective than the ones I had. After $300 and 6 months later, I have THE SAME PROBLEM I HAD BEFORE. The new fixtures do NOT WORK. They are CHEAP. Do not call Coopersburg Plumbing Company.

I had a leak and my insurance company recommended Coopersburg plumbing. I reached out to them and they came out to fix the pipe. I gave the technician my insurance claim number to send them the bill, but Coopersburg plumbing was too lazy to send them the bill. 3 months later I got a bill from Coopersburg stating that I owe them and I called my insurance company only to find out that the bill was not sent to them and the claim was already closed. I got sued by Coopersburg plumbing and now I am paying triple the original amount. I don't recommend them to anyone. They are bad

While I have no issues with the guys who actually showed up to do the repair, I'm beyond frustrated with the billing. $104 just to assess the damage??? Not to mention that 15 minutes of actual labor gets rounded up to the hour at the same $104/hr. They also send bills for work done over 3 months period in one swoop expecting a several thousand dollar payment.

Had a leak in the house, called the company at 7 am, the technician came at 5:10pm (they were backed up or something). I was on the way home driving. Technician never called me to give an estimate, he started to repair the damage, which was done fine but he charged $80 (ridiculously high) for the parts. The company charges by an hour (which of course we weren't informed). The technician was not in my house for 2 hours, but I still was charged for 2. How about that?! When I called and spoke with assistant manager he was nice; I asked if anything can be do to reduce a bill, he said he'll find out from his manager (or the company's owner). Well, he didn't call me back. I called at the end of day and he said the manager couldn't do anything about it. Do not call this company!! You can find a better one. I won't definitely use this company anymore and won't recommend it to my neighbors/friends.
