We can't say enough about our experience! We had a water softener leak and Matt came out immediately, prioritized our job, helped us with the warranty work and was in and out super quick. Even cleaned up after! It's hard to impress me with customer service these days, but Matt and Coopers water conditioning are 5 stars in my book. Thank you, and great job!

After searching through several companies' reviews for a water softener system, I decided to go with Cooper. My initial discussion via phone with them was very positive and informative so I went ahead and scheduled the installation.

Paul was my installer and he did a fantastic job. He called ahead to confirm the address and directions (Google maps is a hater) and let me know he was on his way. Once he was ready to install he asked if I had any questions and explained the process to me in detail. After he was done, he went over the entire system and was patient in answering my questions. He even explained how long it would take to get the hard water out of my system if I did nothing or if I ran the tub to quickly get to the soft water.

Highly highly highly recommend this company. The warranty is best in class!!

We are so pleased with our new water softener and reverse osmosis drinking water system Cooper's Water Conditioning installed! They came out quickly, tested our water, and gave us a quote which was less expensive than other companies for the same or similar equipment. They scheduled the install to fit our schedule. Paul the installer called to let us know he was coming exactly when he said he would be at our house. Paul was fast, efficient, and installed both the water softener and reverse osmosis water system perfectly. When he was done he cleaned everything very nicely. He walked us through everything we needed to know before he left. The price was exactly as they quoted. We could not be more pleased with the entire system which was installed! Thank you.

Our current system wasn't working and we were expecting a lot of family in for the holiday. Meanwhile our toilets and sinks were turning orange and the water smelled. Cooper's Water Conditioning performed a miracle and got a new and better system installed within a couple of days, before our guests arrived. These lovely people efficiently schedule without a long wait, show up on time, and take almost no time to install their high-quality reverse-osmosis water filtration systems, under the sink. They hooked it up to the ice-maker, too! And their prices are the best in the area. *These people know what they are doing.* I simply can't recommend them enough.

Excellent service. I waited 2 days for a call back from Culligan and finally gave up and found Coopers online thanks to their great reviews. I have to add mine to them. I had Cooper's Water Conditioning install a softener about 2 years ago. This system works flawlessly and transparently. We go to Florida for 3 months in the winter and I don't do anything to it. It doesn't waste salt if I'm not using water and takes off once we get back. All I do is check the salt level periodically (about every 4-6 months) and refill if needed. The service technician was outstanding. I even called them 2 years after they installed my unit to see if they would move it because I wanted to make room for another piece of equipment. They were over here within a couple days and did a great job. I can't say enough for this company. It is a great system well worth the cost. I live in Fishers, IN.
