This company has the best customer service that I have experienced. They send you a bio and picture of your technician that is coming to your home. The technician that showed up to my house had the knowledge and skills to meet my home needs. The prices through this company was well worth every penny spent and SAVED. If you are looking for a water softener system or a reverse osmosis system for your home, look no further because Cooper's Water is got what you need. They also have a plumbing department as well. Just moved to Indiana and purchased a home with an existing Cooper's Water purification system. I was unfamiliar with the under counter RO system and felt I needed to have fresh filters installed, I placed a service call with Cooper's and they sent field technician Abel out. He was very nice, professional and informative. He fully explained the system to me while he changed out the filters, checked for leaks and tested the system. He also went down into the basement and verified that the water conditioner unit was also theirs and verified salt levels and explained the system and proper maintenance as well. I was extremely satisfied with their service!!

I had a minor issue with my water softener that CWC installed almost 2 years ago (salt tank was full of water). I called and talked with a very helpful man who looked at my records and advised it was nearly time for my yearly RO filter change. He advised they could come check the water softener and change my filters together the very next day! Paul the tech arrived promptly first thing the next morning. He tested my water and explained the readings to me. He also found the source of the problem with the water softener very quickly and had the part available on his truck. He repaired it, then explained in detail what the problem was. I really appreciated his thoroughness and for telling me more about my unit. As per their warranty (7 years parts and labor), the water softener repair was no charge and the filters with installation were ~$150.
I continue to be very pleased with Cooper's and their staff.

Several months ago my aging Whirlpool WHES33 water softener stopped working. I performed all the steps prescribed by the owner's manual to remedy the problem, but nothing worked. At the urging of a friend, I contacted Cooper Water Conditioning for service. The gentleman I spoke to on the phone there was more than courteous, and after describing the problem to him, he urged me to simply unplug the unit from its electrical power source for an hour or so and then plug it back in. With that, the unit should automatically reset itself. It worked! The owner's manual mentioned nothing about addressing the problem in this manner, and the gentleman I spoke to at Cooper's had no obligation to share this remedy with me without first making a service call. That gesture alone clearly demonstrated to me that Cooper's is a quality and knowledgeable organization. The unit has worked normally ever since, but if I encounter another problem or that time arrives when I need to replace the unit, I'll definitely know who to call.

After searching through several companies' reviews for a water softener system, I decided to go with Cooper. My initial discussion via phone with them was very positive and informative so I went ahead and scheduled the installation.

Paul was my installer and he did a fantastic job. He called ahead to confirm the address and directions (Google maps is a hater) and let me know he was on his way. Once he was ready to install he asked if I had any questions and explained the process to me in detail. After he was done, he went over the entire system and was patient in answering my questions. He even explained how long it would take to get the hard water out of my system if I did nothing or if I ran the tub to quickly get to the soft water.

Highly highly highly recommend this company. The warranty is best in class!!

We are so pleased with our new water softener and reverse osmosis drinking water system Cooper's Water Conditioning installed! They came out quickly, tested our water, and gave us a quote which was less expensive than other companies for the same or similar equipment. They scheduled the install to fit our schedule. Paul the installer called to let us know he was coming exactly when he said he would be at our house. Paul was fast, efficient, and installed both the water softener and reverse osmosis water system perfectly. When he was done he cleaned everything very nicely. These lovely people efficiently schedule without a long wait, show up on time, and take almost no time to install their high-quality reverse-osmosis water filtration systems, under the sink. They hooked it up to the ice-maker, too! And their prices are the best in the area. *These people know what they are doing.* I simply can't recommend them enough.
