Joseph C.Will not be using this plumbing service again. The staff is friendly enough, but work was not completed as quoted. I was given excuses like, """"I can't make it until next week, I hate to lose work."""" I guess if we wouldn't have paid him up front we would have been more of a priority. Very dissatisfied and annoyed, here it is over a week after we were told it would be done and he hasn't even showed up to the house to finish.
