Called coopers for an immediate plumbing issue I had that turns out could be solved by myself. They were friendly enough to take the time to discuss how to do it with me and offered to come out if I needed help.

Luckily, got it fixed but I appreciate the kindness and time of someone helping another person out asking nothing in return. Will be using in the future for all my plumbing needs. Thanks!

Asheville was experiencing extreme low temps that were causing water pipes to burst throughout the city. When I noticed frozen water extruding from an outdoor faucet and our water was only a trickle in the bathroom, I was worried about our plumbing. I called first thing in the morning -- the day after Christmas -- and left a message. Within the hour, my call was returned. I knew Coopers was getting flooded with calls but I would not have guessed that from the tone. My call was handled as if I was the only one calling that day. He patiently answered my questions -- giving me valuable information I should have paid for -- and apologized for not being able to get to me that day due to others experiencing true emergencies. Fortunately, when the temps began to rise, my problem went away and our pipes were fine. I was so grateful for the peace of mind he gave me that morning. I have used Coopers in the past to fix my plumbing issues so I should not have been surprised. There is a saying, ""When circumstances squeeze us, what's in us comes out."" In a crisis, Coopers is a calm and professional as on any other day! Glad to have found such an awesome company.

Chris, the owner came out to see the problem. Couldn't be fixed in rain.
Told me he would contact me early next morning and send people if dry.
Just like he said he would, text came telling me they would be here at 9:30am. Two fine young gentlemen arrived, dug down to locate the pipe, found and repaired the leak ( water main pipe leak). Replaced the rocks covering the area. Great job, good as new. Would highly recommend and use this company ! Price reasonable for the work involved.

I was amazed and pleased with my major plumbing job. These men replaced all my drain lines in my semi-crawl basement.
Start to finish 8 hrs. Carried away all the old cast iron original lines. Cleaned up perfectly and replaced the items removed from storage to accommodate the work.
The polite workers were delightful to encounter. Hope for our future!
The price was surprisingly reasonable because the work was completed in fewer hours than anticipated.
You will be happy to employ them.

I can not say enough about how grateful I am for Coopers Plumbing! Not only did Chris walk me through every step of the process of replacing my sewage system but also saved me a great amount of money compared to other quotes I received! The father/son team and family business gave me great joy in having them as my plumber!
