Chad has extensive experience with drain problems; just talking with him will convince you of that. The cutting blades that he uses on his rooter are larger than the industry standard. Therefore, they only break through the clogs but scrape the gunk and corrosion off of the inside of the drain resulting in more efficient and rapid draining. If you need him to video the drain, you will get a personal copy of the video showing what the drain looks like along the entire way and are able to see the exact spot the camera is in because of the on-screen gauge. My interaction with him gave me the impression that he was honest, efficient, and professional. His prices were also well below another company that had been recently used. I give Cooper Rooter my highest rating.

They were professional and cleared my main line quickly. I like how they don't charge by the hour too as my line was problematic and that could have been pricy. With the guarantee at the bottom I don't anticipate having to call them back at least I'm covered if I do.
