We used Cooper Plumbing to replace a water softener. We are on well water and were having some hard water issues, and Brandon went the extra mile to customize our water softener settings. He also fixed our master bath shower and sinks(temperature issues) and mudroom sink (pressure issue. Brandon is friendly, extremely knowledgeable, very responsive and professional.

We have used other companies in the past and have had continued issues. We will only use Brandon and Cooper Plumbing moving forward and highly recommend them!

Cooper Plumbing was recommended to me by numerous people who had used them before and said they were fair and reputable. I had a different experience. Although I am eternally grateful that they were able to come in on short notice and fix my tub, I ended up paying for a mistake the plumber made. I called because my husband had pulled the tub handle apart in order to fix the temperature controls. After fixing the temperature and putting everything together again the tub was leaking when the water was turned on. The plumber arrived at my house at approximately 12:30pm on Monday August 8th. He diagnosed and fixed the problem in about 45 minutes, however as he was putting the tub handle back on he tightened the screws too tight and broke the handle. So then he had to take everything apart again and replace several parts since he had to replace our tub handle with a newer one. It took him another 45 minutes to put everything back together and leave. I was surprised to get my bill and see that I was charged for 2 hours of work, even though the last hour of work was because the plumber himself broke something. When I called the company and explained what happened I was told ""it's tricky when working with water to know who is at fault and why the part broke"" even though the plumber said out loud that he broke the part because it was plastic and he tightened it too much. The company offered to take $36.50 off the $236.50 bill, meaning that I only overpaid by $61.50. And a bill that should have been $138.50 actually cost me $200.00. I will never again go back to or recommend Cooper Plumbing because of this experience and will urge friends, family, and other duplex owners to choose another company when looking to fill plumbing needs.

Initially, Brandon was quite responsive and did good work. Once a problem developed, he has been quite evasive. We have called and messaged him several times with no response. I would hesitate to use him agian.

Cooper plumbing is an excellent choice for all your plumbing needs. I wanted an additional water meter put into my basement so I wouldn't get charged from the city for sewer costs when watering my yard or washing my vehicle. Brandon came in and added the additional piping that was needed. Unfortunately how Brandon set up the additional piping was incorrect for the city of Mt Horeb. I phoned Brandon and explained the situation and without any argument, Brandon came back to the house the next day and replaced the current set up with the set up that was approved by the city of Mt Horeb and all for no extra cost. Additional, and why I am giving Cooper Plumping 5 Stars is because the same day Brandon was in my home adding the additional piping for the second water meter, I had a heating company installing a gas line for a new gas stove. The gas was shut off so the pilot light under my water heater was no longer lit. I assumed because Brandon was working on the water lines that he was the one that responsible for the lack of hot water. I phoned Brandon late into the evening and he informed me that he did not tamper with the water heater but because the heating company would have shut the gas off, they must have forgotten to turn the pilot light back on. Brandon spent about 30 minutes on the phone with me via face time through our iPhones and walked me through how to reignite the pilot light so we would have hot water again. This service was way above and beyond as Brandon was not at fault but still took the time to walk me through how to get the pilot light back on so we wouldn't be without hot water.
I definitely recommend Cooper Plumping as the service was absolutely outstanding!
