This past Sunday I realized that we weren't getting any hot water. I quickly searched yelp and found that I could request a quote for Cooper Plumbing. With in minutes I got a reply that someone would be able to come out Monday morning around 7:30. There would be no fee for the visit the only cost would be if something was wrong. I reached out to a few other places but most of them didn't reply or couldn't come out till next week. I booked the appointment and come Monday morning right at 7:30 I got a call from Jeremiah. He was very polite and explained the problem. With in two hours he had the new parts and it was fixed. I will definitely be using Cooper in the future and give them any business with my friends and family. Jeremiah and his helper were also very sweet to my dog. Thank you!

Great service, highly recommend this business. Called mid morning and was lucky enough to get an appointment for late afternoon. Jeremiah showed up promptly and went straight to work. He was diligent and courteous. Fair price and quality work.

This company is definitely on the top of my list now for all my plumbing needs. I contacted them on Yelp and within 10 minutes I got a phone call that they could be at my house in 15 minutes. Jeremiah and Javier arrived promptly. They were so polite and professional. They brought their own shoe covers and were so considerate to not be too loud while my baby was napping. They diagnosed and fixed the problem in under 5 minutes. Jeremiah kindly explained the problem to me and showed me how to fix it if it happened again. They were so kind to not charge me anything since it was a very minor fix. I highly recommend these guys for any plumbing issues. Thanks again Jeremiah and Javier!

I had a clog in the kitchen sink and called and they were out at the house within 30 minutes! The plumber was extremely informative, efficient and was very careful not to make any mess in the space. He also gave recommendations on how to prevent a clog in the future. Would use again for sure!

I had a leak in my water heater and had Jeremiah come out to give me a quote on the weekend.

I'll start with the good: He was very responsive and came out within 16 hours of me calling. He was very knowledgeable and professional, and a truly nice guy. He thoroughly explained what the problem was and what the expected solution would be. In addition, there was no charge for coming out to give a quote (even on the weekend), and he gave a quote before starting on any work.

All that said... I got a little bit of sticker shock when I was handed the quote. The labor was a decent amount higher than I felt should be necessary, and the parts were significantly more.

At the end of the day, I had to go with another company that wound up charging me half. So my takeaway here was this: Daniel's plumbing seemed like a professional company that would be great for a big or complex job, as the technician seemed highly knowledgeable and well-trained. However, based on my experience, I'm not sure I'd use them for simple repairs.

Jerimiah will do his due diligence and will not try to up sell you or do unnecessary work. He was very professional and courteous. Don't let the big plumbing companies fool you.
My kitchen and Washer line was clogged and over flowing. Turns out I had a major issue with my pipes and needed a high jet sprayer to clean it out. Yes, it would be more expensive than the traditional drainage snake but Jeremiah made sure that it was necessary after working it several times. Just say the pipe was old and probably was never cleaned out.
Scheduling was a breeze and he was able to accommodate me within a few days. Because he had to come back to finish the job the next day, he came exactly when he said he would and finished it.
I am a very satisfied customer.
