After much research and selecting Cooper because of many good reviews online, we scheduled an appointment on the Monday before the night of the big freeze for a non-freeze matter (air hammering) and were scheduled for the following Wednesday, receiving a text and e-mail confirming the appointment, but they never showed up and have never called or otherwise attempted to reach us or respond to our calls. Of course we understand the big demand caused by the freeze (we also had a burst pipe), but there's no excuse for not communicating with scheduled pre-freeze customers (how many could there be?) and completely ignoring their appointments. We won't call Cooper again.

Chris came to do a free estimate. Offered some good advice for a complex issue. I appreciated his candor. Hired him to come back to install a new toilet and sink faucet. Job was well done. I enjoyed our interactions, the reasonable price, and experienced no negatives. Cooper Plumbing will definitely be my go-to plumber for the next project. I highly recommend them for a fair price and competent work!

Great response time, even during a busy time for plumbers. I filled out their online form and I got a call that evening. They fixed the busted pipe at my 83-year-old inlaws' house at 9:00pm very efficiently and at a reasonable price which included a senior discount. We will definitely keep their number handy for future plumbing needs.

Just saw the review by RH and it was exactly my experience. I know that the freeze caused real logistics issues, but they scheduled a visit to my house on Wednesday 2/17 first thing in the morning. After a follow-up call due to ongoing freezing they rescheduled me to 2/18 first thing in the morning. They never showed, they never called and the next information I got was an option to add myself to their list of people wanting help. So, welcome to the back of the queue after their failure to show up!

I will not be giving Cooper another chance. H-Town is wildly more reliable and I only tried Cooper because they got back to me first. Next time I will wait - a plumber who shows up when they say they will is worth 20 who do not.

Cooper plumbing is awesome. I've had several plumbers try to overcharge me, but Cooper is fair, has great, timely service, and their staff is so friendly! Would recommend especially in times like these in the Houston area!

Not willing to help .. They need a disclaimer appointments need a min of 3-4 weeks in advance. That way people are aware before contacting. Disclaimer I didn't see and I contacted ASAP. Must of been put up after... no idea. Good luck to them and all with 1000s of calls, which means just the first thousand over 300 people need to be helped a week with supplies limited. I wish you all luck! I got lucky my family was able to get absolutely tons and tons of supplies while returning home from out of state .. However, again, I was lucky as they were driving back from out of town on a 15 hour drive and were able to stop and get tons of supplies.
