We have worked with Cooper Plumbing twice. The first time we had an emergency leak, this company came out and took care of it and reinstalled a house water filter system that was incorrectly installed by the contractor. They are not the cheapest, but they are respectful and nice. They also helped us deal with the headache of unexpected expenses and were never rude despite our constant questioning. We really appreciated them helping us with a respectful understanding of unexpected expenses. Thanks y'all!

The second time they came over to calibrate our hot water heaters and investigate a leak in our yard. I could tell instantly the systems were working better after. However, while inspecting the leak in our yard they dug up a Bush and said they'd be back the next day with a required tool to find the leak. I heard back from them a day later but only to schedule later in the week. I know schedules can get messy but I was really disappointed because my Bush was dug up and they weren't returning to help to prevent my water bill from going through the roof. Ultimately, I know they are good at what they do and I like them, but I was still a bit disappointed that they didn't help me when they said they would and when they knew I was relying on them. Still, I would use them again as long as it was a day job and we were very clear about schedules.

Our toilet clogged over the holiday weekend while we had visitors staying with us. Needless to say that with only 1 bathroom this was an issue. I called at 9am, and by 10:30am Jeremiah had already come out and fixed the problem. He was extremely friendly, informative, and efficient. He showed me the issue and fixed it while also providing me with other great information. We will need to replace the toilet in the next 6 months to a year and will definitely be calling these guys to do that job. This is a small business of plumbers that you can trust. Very fair prices and excellent service.

Able to come over right away and fix my issue with the kitchen sink. In doing so identified another issue that i was unaware of. Jeremiah was able to also remove a rusted leaky faucet while I ran out to purchase a ew one that he also installed. So happy with the service! Very polite and ensured all was clean when finished. This past Sunday I realized that we weren't getting any hot water. I quickly searched yelp and found that I could request a quote for Cooper Plumbing. With in minutes I got a reply that someone would be able to come out Monday morning around 7:30. There would be no fee for the visit the only cost would be if something was wrong. I reached out to a few other places but most of them didn't reply or couldn't come out till next week. I booked the appointment and come Monday morning right at 7:30 I got a call from Jeremiah. He was very polite and explained the problem. With in two hours he had the new parts and it was fixed. I will definitely be using Cooper in the future and give them any business with my friends and family. Jeremiah and his helper were also very sweet to my dog. Thank you!
