I have had great experiences with Cooper Plumbing & Heating! Kenny is professional, knowledgeable, and honest. I recently moved into an old building and have had several plumbing issues. Kenny has many many years of experience working with large apartment buildings. He discovered, after several trips back to my apartment, that one of the issues is part of a building wide problem. He continued his investigation, contacted building management and the engineering team for me, and kept me updated throughout the entire process. He is always available when I text him, and he keeps me updated if he is running behind. The added bonus is that Kenny is extremely kind and makes his customers feel like they are his longtime friends. I recommend this business with confidence and enthusiasm!
