Kenny is more than just a plumber. He cares! He is always responsive, and as a homeowner, things always go wrong with something. The latest - I needed my new refrigerator hooked up to a water source, but prior to the old refrigerator being removed, I took it upon myself to go under the house and try to turn off the water source... It didn't go as smoothly as I expected, but within minutes, as I was under my house with a pipe I had caused to leak - I called Kenny. He picked right up, I sent him a video of the leak issue I was dealing with, and he walked me through repairing that issue myself. That is the kind of person he is. It was a weekend, and what could have turned out to be a costly emergency - was resolved within minutes.
My new refrigerator has since been installed and hooked up and all is well.
That is not the first time Kenny has gone above and beyond though. So, when the water started pouring down into my kitchen from the bathtub overhead - I called Kenny. Unlike my previous plumbers - he answers the phone. And once again, he was able to walk me through some temporary measures until the issue could be resolved.
I won't lie - I dread the next leak somewhere, but this is an older house, so it is going to happen. And I know that Kenny will be the first person I call. He cares enough to do what is in his power to do to make it easier for his customers. He's got a heart of gold, and I've watched him go above and beyond to try and work with customers, sometimes at a loss to himself. And on top of that - he has a good sense of humor.

Kenny is an amazing plumber. He has installed a bidet in our home and has helped out with plumbing emergencies. Reliable, honest, and competent.

The lady who gave a negative review should be ashamed since she blamed herself for hiring a plumber to do at roofing job.

It pains me to write this review because things started out well.

I had a leaking roof deck and Kenny seemed like someone who really cared about actually getting to the bottom of the issue anger several plumbers and roofers couldn't solve the problem. He was very nice, responsive, professional. I also needed a sump pump and water heaters repaired and a shower leak fixed. Yay, he could do it all. And he know a guy who could fix the roof, once and for all.

He fixed the sump and installed the water heater quickly.

But then things started to go downhill. He was very dirty and my tenant- who is probably OCD - is very very clean. That was an issue. Then he started showing up in the afternoon and working weird hours like 3-9pm. He couldn't figure out how to fix the shower handle or a plumbing system we had him look at. Worse, he left a bottle with urine on the deck and his tools. We had several very strange interactions over the phone that I won't go into, but they left me unsettled. Finally, he wouldn't respond to texts or return the keys to the side entrance that my tenant (why???) had given him. He did drop them off--2 WEEKS later.

Finally, we had huge rains in Jan and guess what backed up and flooded my whole house AGAIN? The drain and the roof deck.

Hundreds of thousands of dollars in damage and I know it's not worth suing him because I'm sure he doesn't cover enough insurance.

It's my fault for trusting him and not hiring a roof specialist.

So happy to have found Cooper Plumbing! I first called for a project that needed to be done asap and had the pleasure of speaking with Kenny. He quoted me a very reasonable price and had the job done immediately. Since then he has been very easy to get in touch with and, as always, a stand up guy to work with. 10/10, my first call with plumbing and HVAC needs- thank you Kenny!

Can't say enough about Kenny. He's been my go-to plumber since the day he fixed a tub stopper that another plumber said couldn't be fixed.

He's a problem solver. If he can fix it he will, but if something needs replacing he'll let you know because he stands behind his work and takes pride in what he does.

Honest, reliable, reasonable prices and more than willing to educate you in plumbing if you're interested! Can't ask for more in a plumber.

I've called Kenny twice and both times have resulted in exceptional work. Bathtub replacement (without removing the entire surrounding tile) and water heater replacement/moved to new location. Will continue to work with him on any plumbing jobs in future... I highly recommend!

Awesome plumber. Quick and responsive. Had my kid drop something down the drain. He pulled out the toilet and was able to get it out.
