Absolutely garbage! Not a single competent person in the place! Paid 20k for a new furnace and A/C. Complete rip off! Can't even get the final inspection done. Had to call and remind them it still wasn't done months later! Paid extra for the heat pump which wasn't hooked up correctly as well as the attic fan they installed was too small! Stay far far away. Asked for a few other services as well they acted as if they couldn't be bothered with them such as garbage disposal and misc electrical work. Do yourself a favor and stay away!!!!

AC was out with 90 + degree weather. Service was provided same day as call. Darian was 100% outstanding. I immediately felt comfortable with him. Explained everything he was doing and why! He demonstrated he loves his job, takes pride in doing quality work and represents Cooper HVAC with pride. I was glad I have an extended warranty

We needed a local company to come and investigate why our A/C unit wasn't working. I called Cooper Heating & Cooling based off of their reviews. They didn't disappoint. I called them in the evening and the scheduler was kind and friendly. She found Conner was available the next morning. They gave us a two hour window. Conner called 20 minutes out to let us know he was on his way. He arrived on time, introduced himself and got right to it by asking the right question. Very professional and a wealth of knowledge. He explained what he would do to diagnose our problem. He then told us what the issue was and what it would cost. He was honest and did what he said he would do. It fixed my problem and for less than I thought it would be. I told him about another cooling problem in one part of the house and he had a solution that was so much less expensive than where I was going. He cleaned up and we never knew he was here. We will call them back when ready to address that issue for sure. We made the right choice by calling Cooper Heating & Cooling and Conner was so cool. Very satisfying experience. Thank you!

We just had a furnace and air conditioner installed and we couldn't be more pleased. It was amazing to watch how they worked as a team. There were four guys all working as one. They all knew what to do every minute and worked smoothly together. When they finished installation they cleaned up everything, and took time to answer all our questions. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend Cooper Heating, Plumbing and Electrical to anyone.

Bucky came to my house to assess why my mini split was not functioning properly. Within minutes, he diagnose the problem, gave me an estimate and tackled the problem. Very professional he knows his stuff.

Our AC stopped blowing air as efficiently as before.
The team of two guys from Coopper Heating and Cooling came to inspect.
They were polite and seemed professional but looks can be deceiving.
They looked at the unit for an hour and came to a conclusion that they would need another hour at the rate of 328$/hour to investigate further.
That`s after I already paid them 119$ for a service call. I asked if they could resolve the problem at the end of another hour and they replied that they have no guaranties that they could figure it out.
I sent them home because I did not have any confidence that they aren`t just bullshiting me.
They figured out nothing and then in their receipt tried to present that I just stopped them from completing the job when in reality they had no idea what they are doing.
Would not recommend them.

Needed to replace an old fluorescent light fixture and a broken light switch. I've done business with Cooper Heating and Cooling in the past (they installed a new furnace and air conditioner for me a few years ago) so I knew who I could call to fix my electrical issues. Jim called me first and recommended the best lighting to replace the current fixture and then scheduled a time to replace it. He came out and quickly removed the old lighting and replaced it with an LED fixture that I had purchased. I really appreciated his professionalism and the fact that the whole job was completed in a timely manner. Highly recommend this company!

I've considered Cooper Heating & Cooling my go to company for many years. Their guys are always knowledgeable & very nice. Today Darian was not an exception. He arrived on time, explained what he needed to do & went to work immediately. He even found a minute to pet my not always friendly dog.
He explained exactly what was wrong with my air conditioner & what he needed to do to fix it. I appreciate the work, honesty & integrity Darian & Cooper give me.

Darian then explained what I needed to do for future maintenance on my furnaces & air conditioning units & helped me set up the appropriate appointments.

As a person who as always relied on others to handle house maintenance & must now do it myself I appreciate the help & advice I got from Darian.
