I would like to say yes because I've been a loyal customer for 32 years but now they have NEW CONSTRUCTION on their minds and become money hungry and don't care about the old customers they have served for years. They would rather throw them to the wayside. Well, guess what time will come when NEW CONSTRUCTION is over the bottom falls out and all your old customers will not return! Because you spit on us!

Needed someone to check the propane gas connection for a fire pit. They said they only had two gas guys and they were all booked up with warranty work. Wouldn't recommend another plumber. Didn't matter that they were the plumbing contractor that did the house either. Won't be calling them again.

Quick and convenient. I flew in from out of state to visit my folks and one of the toilets was giving us problems. Not being from the area, I looked up a plumber on Yelp. Glad I went with Cooper and Bright. They showed up the same day, and when they got everything working again, the guy comes out and tells me that I'd be getting a bill soon in the mail. How convenient. Also, the ladies back at the office took care of everything when I first placed the call. Excellent customer service.

Cooper and Bright Plumbing is AWESOME !!!! A friend from church recommended them when I told them we had a slab leak, he said they always treated him fairly and the same was true for us. We called on a Monday, they came out and gave us a an estimate and came out that Thursday to fix it. When the guy came out to give us the estimate we thought we just had one leak and it was supposed to only take 3-4 hours,well it turned out we had a second leak and they were at our house for 3 hours longer BUT our bill was still reasonable. It was below the high end of the original estimate. While they were at our house they were polite, courteous and worked hard to figure out where the leaks were and fixed them diligently even though our plumbing system was set up a little strange. When they were done they cleaned up after themselves. We will definitely be using them again should the need arise.

had them come out to fix my back-flow in OCT 2017 they did at a tune of $305.11 the "materials" cost $92.25. I'm now having it replaced again now in February due to some issue we seem to have keeping it unfrozen, or the water pressure in our home. The price this time around for "materials" $154!

When I called and asked they told me they had it sent from a different place so that was why there was a price difference....that is almost double the original price in OCT!!!! Needless to say I will no longer use them for business.

I've been told other irrigation specialists install back-flows at a much lower cost. Also wanted to point out I was charged 1.5 hours for the first time and only 1 hour for the second time when the exact same job was done both times.

Excellent company. They figured out what my problem was and found the leak quickly. The plumbers were very courteous and respectful. They left everything clean. The office was very great communicating estimates and costs. I will definitely be using them in the future. The price was also very affordable.

While the office staff was pleasant the day I selected plumbing fixtures for the home I was building, I could not get an itemized list of my budget for each item (toilet, sink, faucets) vs. my actual cost (I was paying out of pocket for upgrades and was trying to keep track if my own budget) -- they would only give me a total on the overages. Also it's been six weeks since I closed on my house and I have a 40 yard open ditch, 2 feet deep, running from the water main to my house with my water supply pipe laying in the open. No one is interested in coming out to finish their job. Would I use C&B again? Don't think so.
