They are great at getting things done quickly, unfortunately, they do this by making their employees work through their lunch breaks and most of their regular breaks. So if you are okay with an unethical plumber and don't mind risking getting ripped off by someone like this, then it's a really nice place. If you do care about ethics, and how a place treats its employees don't go here.

My aunt set up a service to get a new water pump installed, went through them to get an electrician to do that part of the work. She ended up having the electrician show up, but they canceled, so my aunt was out the money for the electrician and still without a working water pump.

I'm pretty sure they also got a cut of the money for the electrician since my aunt paid him through the plumbing service.

These guys are great. When we had water spraying everywhere in our basement, the did an emergency call and had it fixed in less than an hour. Then, when an installed water filter wasn't quite right for us, they came out and replaced it without any hassle. These guys understand how to run a business, which is rare in this town.

I had Coon Plumbing worked on my home in Port Townsend on several occasions. Their last work was a rather difficult one with our septic tank problems. John Coon and his team did a great job. And the communication was excellent. The repair took for a little longer due to ordering a few things and renting an excavator. But they were on top of everything to communicated with me and promptly return my calls to update status. I highly recommend Coon Plumbing for any plumbing problem.

My neighbor used them in a remodel. I used them for a hot water tank and was so pleased with the professional job and excellent CLEANING UP WHEN THEY WERE DONE!!! Price competitive. And, they fixed another problem I had after another ""local professional in Hadlock"" failed.
They will be here tomorrow to trouble shoot a leak, and I am sure fix it same day as always.

I have used Coon Plumbing since they started in business. The owner - John - is a great guy and fabulous plumber. But whether you get John or one of his employees, the work is always great and reasonably priced. I had them rebuild some 60 year old faucets and they found the parts locally in about 30 minutes and made it look easy.

John climbed through every nook and cranny throughout the home showing me possible leaks, cracks and possible damages. He also had great recommendations for contractors outside of the plumbing issues we found. I would highly recommend him for any plumbing needs.
