I had a great experience with Cooling Unlimited. We were in the market for a new high-efficiency HVAC system. The estimator was knowledgeable and thorough, and patient with my questions. He stayed in touch in case I had questions. I compared the offer with other vendors I checked out and it was a good price, so we went with them. The installers were friendly, worked hard from start to finish, left the work area clean, refused to let me buy them lunch, and I couldn't be happier.

P.S.: I forgot to mention that everyone wore masks for COVID safety. Great job, guys!

Dennis, I'm sorry you didn't like my review. You are certainly leaving a lot out, and there is no explanation for the ductwork we had to have replaced last month because it was uninsulated and ruined our ceiling, other than further terrible work from your company. You can't imagine how much time and money we have spent to replace and fix things your company did. Any contractor, fireman HVAC tech or plumber who has seen this work has been absolutely incredulous. So again, sorry you don't like my review, but it doesn't make it untrue.

the guy that showed up had a mask (below his nose) and not much personality. i get it, it is not a beauty or personality contest. I asked for your basic maintenance on my furnace. he did the cleaning then tells me the heat does not work right. Says the low water cut off / feeder is not working correctly, which is why the heater didn't kick on. Huh? heater worked find b4 he arrived. I paid my $129 for the furnace maintenance..then got a $1200 estimate to fix the issue. This sounded off to me...really off. I brought in a neighborhood plumber...who in less than 20 second found the ON/OFF switch was on OFF. No work needed to be done at all. OMG- are you kidding? I would avoid this company. You are not getting a sharp, astute plumber...instead you are getting inexperience and an opportunity to be ripped off.

They are great and nice people but extremely poor communication and do not have a staff to support their clientele or they just suck at communicating. Either way have been waiting for 3 months to get a job even scheduled with them. Don't waste your time go with someone else

Don C. from Cooling Unlimited was great to deal with setting up an install for our system. The guys that arrived to do the work were so professional and nice. Before leaving they went over everything and made sure everything was clean. Can't wait to use the system!

I needed a new HVAC urgently, they helped secure one for me within no time (1 week) and accommodated per my schedule. They started on time and ended early, no issues at home. They came, installed, cleaned and left. Good service overall, been 1-2 months with no issues so far....

I can't say enough about our recent experience with Cooling Unlimited. From estimation to final punch list of our central AC install, the customer service was excellent. Our project manager, Charlie, was very responsive and the techs who did the install were professional, courteous, and cleaned up meticulously every day. Highly recommended!

Cooling Unlimited installed central AC in our home in November 2019. It was an excellent experience and I would highly recommend them! This was a brand new install, the house never had it before. The technicians were incredibly clean and took great care to minimize any dust, and cleaned up thoroughly after each day. They were friendly, and responsive to any questions I had. Dennis the owner also thoroughly and patiently answered all of my questions, as I had vetted this process extensively and wanted to ensure I was making the right decisions, based on the several (and sometimes conflicting) estimates from other companies. They also helped submit the rebates to RMLD for a nice credit to my electric bill. While summer isn't here yet and I haven't been able to fully use our new AC, I am confident the work Cooling Unlimited did will be great!

This is insane! The tech that worked on my unit should be fired! I noticed a lot more dust than usual in my house. I called for a furnace service anyways for my unit during the winter time. My plumber was horrified to find the condition my furnace was in.

I have never had a problem with cooling unlimited until this past spring. I didn't bother checking the work because they are always good but now I will never hire them again.

Not only did they bend my bracket to hold furnace shield on the unit, they improperly installed my filter which caused significant dust all in my unit but they TAPED THE PILIOT SWITCH DOWN!

The only thing My plumber can think of is that this tech maliciously and possibly criminally damaged my property to cause harm to my family and damage to my property for the sole purpose to repair the damage they caused. I am very disturbed at what this tech did.

I have 0 interest in ever using this company again and everyone else should think twice before using this company.

EDIT- I also want to add that the tech installed the filter backwards!!!!! No way someone can make al these errors accidentally- this is clearly malicious!

During A VERY hot day the day after the 4th of July my central Air compressor started to make a loud screetching noise and only blew warm air into my condo. After calling MANY companies who ALL told me that they're either NOT taking any new customers, and or that they couldn't come out because I didn't have a service contract, Cooling Unlimited came out. ""Paul"" arrived at axactly at 1 after I was given a 1-3pm response time. After inspection, he found a Conduit inside the compressor was leaning on the fan blade after it had come apart somehow. They gave me a Reasonable price compared to a couple places near me that were outrageous, and they came out last minute even though they were SWAMPED with other jobs.
