They installed my shower plumbing upside down, which caused me to have to cut a hole in a perfectly good, painted sheet of drywall. on more than one occasion, cigarette butts were left in my house, and I suffer from major breathing issues. They had to be called out multiple times for various reasons such as crooked seating of toilets and leaks in drains to fix work they just completed. To compound my dissatisfaction, they charged roughly $10,000 more than other plumbers contracted to plumb the houses being built in my community. If Gary, the owner, hasn't retired, please don't make a mistake that keeps him in business.

I would prefer a minus 1 rating. Do not use this company for anything important. Mr. Cooley has installed equipment improperly and as a result caused structural damage to my house and exposed my family to carbon monoxide fumes. He has refused to make the situation right. I wouldn't hire him to even remove hair from a clogged drain.
