I requested replacement of a propane regulator for my propane hot water heater. Plumber never looked at regulator, said pilot light unit wasn't working, but didn't offer to replace pilot light unit. Instead suggested $4000 water heater replacement. Plumber did not arrive within appointment window.

Cool Willy's came out to give us an estimate on a pressure relief valve and showed up promptly and on time. Casey as the plumber and went over what needed to be done and explained everything in a professional manner. We used him for that and another repair. I am totally satisfied with their work and he made sure we understood everything before he left. I will always use them for our plumbing needs.

We had our heat pumps inspected at our new Tucson house. Noah was at our house on time, was very respectful of our property, explained every step of the process and provided excellent service. We asked for quotes on a couple of things and he provided detailed written, emailed quotes before he left our house. We will definitely use Cool Willy's in the future.

Smooth process from Cool Willy's from start to end. They were happy to accommodate and schedule a winter HVAC maintenance service at two separate addresses back to back which helped save me time. My previous HVAC company (and others I called) were scheduling on average 7-8 weeks out - which just tells me they are not appropriately staffed for their customer base. Noah was our technician and was very detailed, polite and professional the entire time while at both houses. The service review of everything (with pictures) at the end of his inspection was very thorough. I signed up for the membership and look forward to the spring/summer service.

I was time for the twice-yearly maintenance on our system, and the company we had before had been sold. After trying to work with the new company who bought them, I decided it was time to look for a someone else. I saw how many good reviews these folks had, and decided to give them a try. Glad I did- as luck would have it, they sent out Steve, who had been our technician with the old company. He has always been thorough, knowledgeable, friendly, and I was glad to find him again. Their office staff has been courteous and helpful as well. Some suggestions for upgrades were made, which I expect, but no hard sell, and no scare tactics. I'm very pleased with the service I received.

Cool Willy's sent me a reminder that it was time for our fall checkup/service. scheduling was easy, Noah showed up at the appointed time a did a great job checking out both our systems. Once he finished he went over all his findings with us, he did a great job and was friendly and knowledgeable.
