Cool Willy's has performed both installations (split A/C units) and periodic service maintenance among both our A/C units and our water purification system.

We switched our service contract away from the original installer of the water purification unit and some of our A/C split units, as Cool Willy's was both more affordable and more reliable: they did what they said they weee going to do when they said they weee going to do it: a rarity these days.

This past week we had John I. For periodic maintenance on the water system, and Zach for our A/C units: they both embody the level of service we have come to Expect from Cool Willy's.

Walter (aka Wally) has many years of experience as an HVAC repair man, and it showed during his visit. I had an uncommon problem causing my refrigerant to leak, but he figured out the issue quickly and he ensured that the repair was done properly. My AC unit was still under warranty, so I paid $0.
