Had such a great experience with Cool Water Pump. Used the company twice, one for a well inspection and Matt came out on time, was friendly and knowledgeable and provided me with a detailed outline how how my well was working and the flow of the water. Showed me some areas that needed updating for upkeep, but explained it to me to where I could understand everything. Hired the company again to do a pump and tank upgrade. Both Matt and Bob came out and did the job perfectly and explained everything that was going on as it took place. Now have a well company on hand in case anything ever happens.

Had high electric bills that I finally traced to my water pump continuing to run. Called Cool Water - they sold me a new pump, but the real problem was an underground leak in the pipe from the well! The new pump made it worse, as there was now more pressure going through the underground lines. It was winter, so I had to keep turning the pump on and off in the basement as we needed water. Bob said ""the ball's in your court"" and he couldn't fix it. When the weather warmed up I went to work with my shovel and found the leak 7' deep in the ground. Got some hose and connectors and fixed it myself. Bob couldn't have cared less about fixing our problem, he just wanted to sell us a pump and be on his merry way. He didn't even have enough new wire so he spliced in some of the 20 yr old wire from the old one, promising to come back later with new wire. Never did. Stay away!!!

Called on personal recommendation, mistake! Bob underestimated my knowledge or tried to take advantage of an emergency situation (failed well pump) and tried to rip me off. Specifically, he quoted me $900.00 for a pump I sourced at Aqua Science in RI for $470.

We've used Cool Water Pump twice, each time because our well ran dry. Bob can get to you right away and is very honest and helpful. He understands the desperation you feel with well issues! Would definitely recommend him.

We do not know him personally, but we had a last minute potential concern with Radon in our water well due to an inspection issue that just came up, and Bob was extremely helpful and gave us a next morning 8:00 AM test on our prospective new home. This was before his work day and 1st Appointment of the day really started. Bob was informative, on time, and seemed like a great guy, and was very helpful in expediting the test and results. We really appreciate it and we'll use him when we need a well company.
