Jim H.These guys are great. I had the furnace serviced at my previous house this morning (under renovation). They were on time, did everything that was needed, made some adjustments, and were finished in 45 minutes. The best part, the price was 2/3 of what I'll be paying for the same service on my new house's furnace. I'd switch now, but there's another year to go of warranty on the furnace at the new house and I have to stick with the company that installed it for a bit longer.

I had used them to fix an AC issue last summer so called again. They called right back and worked with my teacher schedule to come first thing the next day. David was super nice, professional and had no issues with me watching and questioning so I could learn. Got everything working within a few hours and heat was back. Super! Also noticed my water heater was leaking and got me a good estimate to work on that too. Second time using them and very happy. Would highly recommend.

I had already called five places closer to me to come fix my central AC. NOT ONE called me back. Finally, I went further afield to Lowell and called Cool-Rite Mechanical. Best decision ever!
They called me back same day, and scheduled an appointment to be at my condo the next morning. The appointment was between 10-12, and Jay showed up at 9:30. I was out running errands, but instead of the typical ""you're not here, so I'm leaving"" approach I've gotten with other service companies, Jay stayed and waited for me.
Turns out my system needed a part ordered (it's a custom unit), so Jay said he'd follow up with me the Tuesday after when the part came in. Called me Tuesday morning and set up a time for today to come fix it. Again, was right on time for a 12pm visit today and got the thing fixed and running in 20 minutes.
