Terrible customer service, our HVAC system kept backing up and draining into our house after having them come out to look 3 different times. They also hardly return calls and do not show up at specified times they claim or just don't show up the day they say at all. We've now had our system for maybe 7-8 months and our compressor is leaking and nothing works. Spend the extra money and find someone who will do it all right the first time.

After a few different conversations about the right system for me and my home the owner adamantly letting me know how ""EXCELLENT"" , ""PROFESIONAL"" , and ""ATTENTION TO DETAIL"" his guys are and that i am in great hands. After waiting about 3 weeks it was finally time for the work to be done. Long story short i was not happy and still not happy with any part of what went on here, One guy went and drilled two holes in my walls the first was in the living room and the other in my bedroom, and he made these 3inch holes without even first making sure that was the right spot, and it was not and both holes didnt work for where the ac heads would need to go. I later found out the guy screwing up everything was one of the most "" experienced "" guys on Rusty's crew. WOW PRETTY SCARY IF YOU ASK ME, ive got to say i feel pretty lucky that my system even still works properly......At least so far i guess. I would strongly advise people to find another company other than this one and will not be recommending this company to anyone other than the BBB and OSHA and anyone els like that so they can be looked into further by the right people

We used this company to have an AC unit installed and the next year it needed coolant - which it should not have - and by the next year it was broken completely. We spent thousands of dollars and will need to spend close to what we paid for the machine to get it fixed. The company moved and told us they would no longer service our home, even though we were under our service warranty those first two years. Now we learned the unit had been recalled and they still will not replace it or respond to emails. I have never written a bad review and feel very sad that this company has chosen to not help when we were under their warranty.

Booked an appointment for HVAC for air conditioning installation. We called to confirm day before and morning of and we were told they were coming between 11-2pm... we called twice during that time block because it was already approaching 2pm and I waited all day for someone. Well they never showed up and they never called to say they were canceling. Clearly an unreliable company, disrespectful of our time. They probably would have terrible customer service if you needed repairs or have issues giving the poor communication.

We called Rusty at Cool Heat 365. Rusty came out and gave us an estimate.
We decided to hire him for the job. He was about 6 weeks out. we tried for weeks to get ahold of Rusty for some electrical questions before the job ,but he never was available. The furnace was installed and his workers were
amazing, very helpful. a few weeks later the furnace quit working so we called Rusty. He said to check the batteries in the remote, well the remote doesn't have any batteries. it was during the days that we had a lot of snow and cold weather. after 8 days Rusty came

The Seattle area normally experiences wet winters, but hardly ever snow and sub-freezing temperatures. The latter was the case this year and in the middle of this weather misery my furnace failed. After getting one outrageously high bid, I followed the recommendation of my local utility which gave me four furnace dealers on their recommended list. I struck gold on the first recommended dealer I called, CoolHeat365 of Stanwood. Owner Rusty Reed met with me on Saturday afternoon, submitted a bid for a smart technology Daikin furnace (which was $3000 below bid one), and a mere two days later his highly efficient crew was at my home. They put in a long day, customizing the fit, checking and rechecking and whatever else they do and presto just before dusk my home was back in business and I was warm again. They also provided a Honeywell T6 thermostat which knows everything, limits button pushing and doesn't require any nighttime sleep mode setting. A shout out to my local utility, Puget Sound Energy, for referring me to Cool Heat 365--I would never have found the company on my own.

Every aspect of my A/C purchase was just great. The 2 installation guys were very considerate and efficient. Everyone arrived on time and they removed their shoes when working inside. I would highly recommend this company.

If I could select zero stars I would. Rusty (the owner of Cool Heat 365) is a liar and manipulative salesman, not an honorable business owner with integrity. After cancelling my initial appointment for installation (without warning) the installers showed up a week later to complete an extremely shoddy installation. The furnace was installed upside down, sharp metal pieces everywhere on my furnace, making it dangerous and difficult to replace the filter and/or service the furnace. Screws were left everywhere around the furnace area, laying on the floor. This where I park my car! The heat pump was installed on risers that were placed crooked and screwed in like a child had aiming the screws. The heat pump was heavy and when the installing techs lifted it in place they damaged many of the fins, impeding the performance of the heat pump. The electrician they had contracted did not place the wiring where I had requested and left a hole in my attic without insulating and closing as needed. After installation I called for a furnace servicing. Rusty had indicated my furnace would be serviced and my ducts cleaned when my heat pump was installed. They were NOT. When the tech showed up to service the furnace he was disgusted by the shoddy installation and told me he was ""not impressed, he would be talking to Rusty about it, and this would need to be fixed"". Of course ten minutes later he got an ""emergency call"" and I never heard from this company again!! I called them and got ahold of Rusty personally. He literally lied to me on the phone telling me he would be over that day to address the problems I was having. I never heard from him again!! Every time I call and leave a message he never returns my call. I am absolutely disgusted by this business and will most definitely never recommend them to anyone I know, and I work with a large population in our local community. This company is completely untrustworthy, unreliable, and incompetent.DO NOT EVER USE COOL HEAT 365!!

The Cool Heat 365 installed the furnace and AC recently in my house with great service and good price, just in time for another heat wave coming to Seattle. I had very good experience working with them and highly recommend this company.

Rusty, the owner, is professional and nice person to work with. He clearly explains the products/services and pricing. He is not rushing and pushing. I get the everything I need to know and make my own decision on which offer to take.

Carlos and Carlos Jr. are a pair of father & son teammates who did the installation. They are knowledgeable and nice and easy. They are responsive, good at explaining the process and did quality job. They patiently tested out both AC and Furnace and make sure they function as expected. At same time, answer my ""endless"" questions.

It's the 3rd day after installation. So far so good ... AC runs smoothly. We feel much comfortable inside the house with outside temperature reaching to 90. I am confident that we can depend on Cool Heat 360 anytime we need their professional service in the future.
