SKIP SKIP SKIP, horrible customer services/ they do not care about you time/ I have been calling them for 3 days already to request for the inspection/permit of a job they did/. but since they already got paid/ there is no incentive for them to call you/or pick up the phone/ SKIP SKIP/ if you really value your time skip and find a better company

Poor customer service! Refused to repair cut landline wires after doing a complete panel replacement. """"They"""" (supervisor or someone to busy to answer a call) resolve a mistake that """"They"""" want me to pass off and contact Frontier for repair on my time, schedule to be home during repair on my time, and send the bill from Frontier to """"They"""" for reimbursement. This was the response the young lady was told to tell me because """"They don't understand the meaning of """"Customer Service"""" and response to the mistake """"They"""" made! Not to mention that cutting my house landline wire is not covered under the $399 Total Care agreement that """"They"""" included in my package. ....so what is included? Proof Pictures!

They are terrible at providing customer service and complains. We had a technician Edward Sanchez come by and look at our AC 4/16/2021. He said it would be fine if we fixed the AC. So we went ahead and spent the last of our stimulus money on fixing it. The very next day the AC wouldn't cool the home 4/17/2021. So we had another technician look at it named Ryan Van Alstyne 4/19/2021. Who told us that our AC was broken and would cost $900 to fix it. He recommended that our AC unit would keep giving us problems. Mind you we already spent a quarter of the cost of a 14 row AC. I have called and called numerous times since April 19th and we have yet to receive any calls back. That they promised me. It seems that they do not want to contact us to provide us a refund nor a guaranteed Credit within the 30 day period they promised us. I would highly not recommend this establishment.

Completely lied to me about needing a brand new AC. Tried to get me to pay 10k. Got a second opinion and the next company fixed it in about 10 minutes and it works great. Cool Today bold faced told me it was """"unrepairable""""

If you want sewer dripped through your house and plumbers trying to hide up this fact but confessing after questioning then this is your place. If you also want place that makes multiple repeat visits and leaves sewer handprints on your nice white walls, then this is your place. If you want them leaving sewer wrenches on your bathroom sink wear you wash your face, then this is your place. If you want them not to seal the toilet and spells of sewage coming up to feel the entire house, then this is your place. This is got to be the worst plumbing company we have ever encountered. And unfortunately the airbnb we were staying at kept using them repeatedly. Stay away!

I guess they are to big to care anymore. Charge me 89 dollars and did nothing. AC still not working. what a joke, had problems in past with them but figured I would give them another chance.

I called bc my AC went out on a Friday night and my reg AC guys don't work on the weekend. I was told there was an $89 fee to come out on weekends. No prob. The tech showed up and determined the module was shot but luckily he had one on the truck. He informed me that he """"dumpster dives"""" for parts, and he had a used module that would get the system up and running. 20 mins later my system was blowing cool. But when he handed me the bill I was shocked. $384. for a part he got out of a dumpster which took about 10 mins to install! When I questioned it I was told the computer sets the price. Wait what? He also informed me they have the highest prices in town. Caveat Emptor!
