Our furnace died over Thanksgiving weekend and Cool Breeze came to the rescue. They arrived at our home about an hour after placing the call and then had a new furnace installed and running within 20 hours of the furnace outage. The staff were polite and professional, and the pricing was reasonable. I greatly appreciate that no one tried to upsell. For 10 years, I have been using them for furnace and A/C maintenance/repair with consistent service quality. I am a happy client and would definitely recommend Cool Breeze for heating and A/C services.

The chain to the flapper of my toilet broke.. This is the only toilet in my house so I needed plumber fast! Called up Cool Breeze the receptionst was excellent in getting me an appointment and the had a plumber out to my house within 2 hours of my call to their office! The plumber was polite and very professional.. He fixed the problem very quickly.. The price ws affordable and breeze to schedule.. This is your company!!

Cool Breeze Heating & Air Conditioning replaced our HWH and coil this winter. They also inspected our furnace a few months later. In both instances, the service was excellent. Every person we worked with, from the owner Ron on down to the technicians who replaced our unit, was professional and knew what they were doing. I had a painful experience with Cool Breeze trying to get my furnace repaired. It started when my furnace was still working, but made a horrible noise whenever it turned on. I called them for preemptive maintenance and was told that everything was A-OK and that nothing needed to be done. Four days later, with an outdoor temp of 15 degrees F, the heater failed. They sent someone else out to look at it - they could not give me a timeframe, so I spent all day huddling in a cold house for someone to finally show up at 4:30pm - confirm that it's broken, and then leave with a promise to order the part and come back the next day. The next day, they didn't have the part, so I spent the whole day at home waiting for no reason. The third day of no heat and below-freezing temps, they called to say they had the wrong part, and that they would be late while they sourced the correct part. Tech finally showed up around 7:30 and fixed the heater in half an hour.

That's right, I had to take off four days of work to get my furnace repaired. Except for the first visit, I was never given an arrival estimate or time window.

He said he'd give a $50 discount for my troubles and made a note on the receipt, but obviously never told his clerk because the amount that posted to my credit card did not include the discount.

I will never use this company again.

This outfit is something else. Had them come out to snake a waste line a couple of months ago which then reclogged, most likely because the service tech got frustrated trying to snake the line from the kitchen so instead removed basement pipes to clean leaving an unsnaked line from the kitchen (and I was so scared after this episode, I put NOTHING in the disposal). When I asked the owner on the warranty on the assumption he would send a tech to resnake the line for little or no cost, i was informed that it was only for 2-3 days after the service. I also paid them to replace a bath faucet. The tech busted the first one and then took 2 hours replacing the second one as he couldn't figure out how to align the handles Do Not Recommend!

I called ""Aronovich Plumbing"" and these guys showed up. In an HVAC truck. Not a good sign when you think you're hiring a plumber.

Then they couldn't figure out this small, straight-forward plumbing job.

The first plumber who came couldn't figure out how to hook up the plumbing, because the drain pipe is plumbed high. He is right that the pipe is plumbed high (legacy from earlier owner), but there has been a kitchen sink in that same location hooked up to that same pipe for over a decade, so we were pretty sure it could be done.

So that plumber called the boss to trouble-shoot. When the boss came, first he tried to sell us on a big project involving tearing up our kitchen and basement to re-run the pipes to the kitchen. When we didn't go for that, he declared the job ""impossible"" and left. They demanded to be paid for their time despite not accomplishing anything.

After work, we went to the corner hardware store, bought standard off-the-shelf plumbing supplies, and just hooked up the sink ourselves. It was quick and easy, works fine, and is what we should have done in the first place.

These guys might be able to do an absolutely plain-vanilla job, but they sure can't problem-solve.

I hired Cool Breeze because their prices were so much lower than competitors. Ron, the owner, is a charming chap who likes to chat with his clients. Consequently he is often late for appointments or doesn't show up at all. This has happened to me numerous times while I was a customer of Cool Breeze. If you have a problem, like no AC or heat, you could wait days for someone to come out because they do not have adequate staffing to handle emergencies. Also, I had a completely new system installed. It was a top of the line Bryant system. The install, we found, was faulty in many respects. There were many mistakes made that surfaced a year or so after the install when I hired a new company to maintain my system. These problems had to be corrected and cost me more money. Also, you should know that Ron has an ""attitude."" Don't say anything critical or complain about anything because he goes on complete offensive mode. He lashed out on me a couple of times and the last time he did, I fired him. I do not recommend this company.

Ron and his crew did a great job installing complete HVAC system. I got a Bryant two stage 16 seer system. After eight other proposals they had the best price. All the others cost more and were single stage 13 seer without replacing the copper line

I can't say enough good things about Ron and his team at Cool Breeze. We were faced with a very difficult situation, and they pulled through and went the extra mile to get our a/c units up and running again. The people in the office were always friendly and responsive, Saul, the technician, was stellar, and Ron was great to deal with. I will definitely be using their services in the future!
