Ralf is bad ass!!!! He showed up when he said he would, took videos and pictures of the problem, work on the hot roof to resolve the problem, stayed to make sure our AC was fulling functioning, gave us his card for follow up and genuinely cared that our AC had been a problem. The very best part was this was for a unit under Warranty. Our last company didn't return phone calls, did not arrive on time and did not fix the problem!

Worst company I have dealt with for some time now. Had a brand new unit installed over $8k. Had our own smart thermostat installed with our home alarm so was told we would be given an eco bee. Nothing was left. When I called on it I was told it'll be mailed. It's been a year and still nothing. About 7 months of it being installed it started making a terrible noise. Echoing throughout the hallway. When I scheduled our one year free checkup Keith showed up. I immediately told him about the sound. He proceeds to tell me well there's a tiny water build up so it's normal. Normal? I just paid over 8 thousand dollars and I have to listen to that. My old unit never made that noise. I said two other families just had there's replaced and there's don't make a sound. He then sighs and walks outside says nothing. Comes back in and pulls the filter. He then says quote. Well this is your problem, your filter is so damn filthy it's struggling for air. Ok I'll give him that. It was filthy. Still not professional. He goes outside to spray it off and comes back in smelling like cigarettes. Puts the filter back in and again says nothing. He hands me a tablet and I'm like what is this. Sign it saying we completed the check up. I said well I'm not just gonna sign this. Turn back on the AC so I know it's not making this noise from my damn dirty filter as you stated. Ac turns on and instantly makes the same noise. I said ok so now what is it. Again sighs louder puts down his tablet and walks out. Gets under the house and comes back in 15 minutes later. He says oh your drainage pipe was disconnected so I fixed that. Well what the hell. So you assured me it's just standard to make noise, then you insult me and say it's cause of a dirty filter when at the end it was poor install. No apologies. I then signed it and even said thank you. He says nothing and leaves. Terrible terrible terrible customer service. Go anywhere else

My Home warranty company sent me to them Monday 8/5 . At first they were very diligent to get me scheduled ASAP (8/7). The technician Chris was nice. Showed at 13:23 for my 12p-4p appt. called the Home warranty people the next morning said they can't move on anything until C.B. submits the proper paperwork. My house with animals (breeds not permitted in hotels) are stuck in 92-100 plus degree heat (with every fan in the house running) until they do so. Warranty company has called them 2 times asking for the paperwork. I'll update my review as things progress...

Update. I received a call Friday 8/9 at 1352 to schedule for Monday 8/12 for 9a-12p to fix the issue. I call C.B. At 1210p spoke with Daniel; asking when someone's coming since they haven't made contact yet or shown. He had to place me on hold while he called the technician. Told me he got ""held up"" at his last appointment. They would need to call me back soon with another time frame as to when they will be here. I already took off work to be available for the 9a-12p appointment.

I've been waiting at my house in 99 degree temps waiting for them all morning all ready.

Heather calls back at 1230p to say he's going to be another hour to two hours at max at another job. She says there isn't any other installers so all she can do is reschedule for another day. So I shall
Sit here and wait.

Joe showed at approximately 1432, nice guy. Finished the job about 1624.

This company just doesn't communicate with the customer.

Had them scheduled to come to my house. They confirmed it 2 days prior by calling me. Had a 4-hour window. Took time off work. Then a no-show. No call from them. Even after I called them the morning of the appointment and left a message, no call back saying they weren't going to show up. Finally got hold of them and said they weren't coming. Good business...don't you think?

This company showed up an hour late to their set four hour window at 5 pm. The technician walked in and told me he couldn't fix it. Then they called to tell me they couldn't come back until 12-4 next day and would fix it if they have parts. I would encourage you to find another company.

They came out to service my A/C (heat pump) and the coil was frozen. The tech left after about 10-15 minutes and left the unit off to thaw. I had rain pouring in my garage due to the thawing and called them when it was starting to subside, about 30 minutes after he left. I explained that I would be home until I had to leave for work about noon and asked if the tech could come back since he would clearly be ahead of schedule. The person I talked to said he had only one other job but that I would need to talk with the dispatcher who was on the phone. She asked if the dispatcher could call me back and I said sure. After 45 minutes I called again and the dispatcher was now in a meeting. So the guy asked if they could call me again. I said yes and waited. I received a call about 10 minutes later and they told me the tech said there was no way the unit was thawed already. I insisted that it was because it had stopped raining and worst case is that they could turn the heat on. They said it didn't matter because they couldn't come out until the next morning anyway. What? I have to go through another night of warm air because you can't come back even though you only spent 15 minutes here? Just to prove my point I took the cover off and snapped a pic of the coil which was plainly NOT frozen and posted it to this review. If they really cared about their customers they would try to help them asap instead of giving them the runaround.

I had Cool Blew come to my home via a home warranty claim. First off, everyone has different experiences and situations. Based upon other reviews, I felt obligated to share my story. I had Cool Blue out to fix a rusted drain pan and non-working AC. Robbie showed up on time and promptly got to work diagnosing the issue. He identified the problem, fixed the issue (bad motor) and had the unit running within an hour of his arrival. The whole time he was professional, courteous of my home and knowledgeable. Within a week, another associate was out to replace the drip pan and that went smoothly as well. It did take 48 hrs to get an appointment but I don't blame that on anything other than the dreaded AZ summer. As I said at the start, everyone has different experiences. Mine was positive and they've won my business moving forward.

I just got home and my AC is out... I made a claim with my home warranty provider on their app. My home warranty provider texted me as soon as I submitted saying Cool Blew will be in contact with in 24 hr. No joke with in 1-2 minutes I got a call from cool blew!! They are coming out tomorrow!! This was the fastest service I have ever had with a home issue. I'm giving 5 starts now with out even then coming out, I don't normally do that but I'm so impressed right now. I really hope this super fast great service I experienced tonight transfers over to the repair tomorrow!!

I had Cool Blew do my annual a/c tune-up this morning. Tech said everything looked great. He left and now 30 minutes later it's blowing hot air. Hoping they send the guy back to fix it today!

Update: After a few calls to Cool Blew they were able to re-route the tech back to my house to get the a/c running. Turns out he simply forgot to plug in the compressor fan. It was a simple mistake and I can understand that. Since they were so prompt in getting him back to fix the issue I'm upgrading my rating from 1 star to 3 stars. Would have been five without the error.

Doesn't keep appointments. Very rude and unprofessional. They were late for a scheduled appointment which we didnt mind. Then they cancelled the appointment because we didnt call back within a certain number of minutes! I got a call from the technician at 12:27 and called back at 12:35 but that wasn't fast enough for them so they cancelled our appointment. We had an appointment. I shouldn't have had to answer the phone. They should have just shown up to the appointment.
