Awesome prompt service! Very reasonable prices!
My water heater was leaking badly. I called Cooks to diagnose the problem. The owner, Mark and his son, came to my house about 2 hours after I called. My water heater tank had rusted and the water heater had to be replaced. Mark quoted me a price and ordered the new water heater. Mark and his son were back at my house the next day and installed the new water heater! The installation was fantastic and the price was very reasonable! They totally cleaned the work area and hauled off the old water heater! I am completely satisfied with the work and will definitely call Cooks in the future for any plumbing needs!

OWNER does the servicing and is a fraud. DO NOT USE!!

They are looking to get a service fee and they don't care at all about actually fixing the products.

Owner looks like a creep, ended up cursing me out in my home and saying "go use a different plumber" because I asked him what work he had done the last time he was here. A company who tells its customers to go find another company to use is clearly failing to succeed in their industry, and I would strongly recommend finding someone who has some decency and education.

I will go find another plumber, as there are dozens of others to choose from.

DON'T USE CROOKS!!!!!!!! Horrible company. Lie Lie Lie. They try to do everything by phone just to collect the service fee. They were supposed to come to my home and never showed. They tried to coach me by phone to self-diagnose my plumbing issue and I never heard from them again. That is until I found out my home warranty cancelled us because Crooks reported us. What scumbags! They never showed up, never billed me, and dang sure never got my signature on any work order, but had the audacity to lie about diagnosing plumbing they never saw.
Don't be fooled by "Crooks" Plumbing. They're just a service fee collection scammer posing as a Plumber. You'll have to get a REAL Plumbing Company to do the work and pay another service fee. Crooks Plumbing should be and will be out of business soon.

p.s. Crooks tried to get my legit review thrown out by Yelp. You did it to yourself Crooks. You messed with the wrong Dude. I've reported you to the home warranty company and the Better Business Bureau is next. If Yelp would like my claim number or proof of my complaints please feel free to contact me.
Crooks was assigned to another home warranty claim on another home of ours and I immediately called the home warranty to have them removed. I re-informed them that these were the jerks I complained about before; that blatantly lied about coming to my home. I've requested they be removed from home warranty's service lineup. They're a lawsuit waiting to happen!

Came out with our home warranty. Replaced a running toilet. About a year later I need to pay another deductible and clean up toilet water because something wasn't done right.

To start I'm a permanently handicapped disabled Veteran. And because of this we have a homeowners warranty. On the Wednesday before Thanksgiving our kitchen faucet broke. We called and reported it to the Warranty company. They contacted Cooks Plumbing service. The service tech came out the following Tuesday's after 5. Told me that the faucet needed to be replaced. Now 3 weeks later and Cooks Plumbing can't get a replacement faucet that they sale at Lowes. If I could give this company a NEGATIVE star I would. But the Service Tech was professional. So based on this experience Cooks Plumbing can only purchase supplies from only ONE supply house.

I had called Cook's this morning after reaching out to my Home Warranty group the day before. Evidently, Cook's did not receive notification from my warranty group, BUT they were out to my house in Wimberley within 3 hours. I am so grateful to Cook's for getting out to my home within hours. The Cook's representative was extremely friendly and helpful on the phone and the repairman was very professional and shared some suggestions with me on how to prevent more clogs in my kitchen sink.

I will definitely recommend Cook's Plumbing Service! Thank you so much!

NOT pleased with customer service. They are contracted through my Home Warranty, but I'm an hour away, so I believe I get little or no consideration in work requests. Called with no hot water on a Friday morning - didn't know when they could come - didn't hear from them all day - called back at 4 p.m. on Friday to see if they were coming on Monday. Office person said she "didn't know yet." Four days and waiting with no hot water at all. . . . .

My experience with Cook's Plumbing is that they won't fix the problem (even if it's easy), they won't return your call but they will take your money. The guy they sent to my home (I'm not sure if he was actually a plumber) was disrespectful towards me and I ended up hiring a different plumbing company to make a relatively simple plumbing repair. Was really just an awful experience.

ugh! what a headache dealing with these guys. they have been out three times for the same problem (it is an old house so that is not even the issue). this past Wednesday, I was told someone would be out in the morning. a guy showed up at 5:30 pm and when I answered the door he said "plumber". like I want to let a guy into my house who doesn't even say hi or tell me his name! I had also been told he would call 30 minutes ahead of arrival time but told me he "didn't have my number". since they have been our multiple times to our house, I find it hard to believe he couldn't get access to my phone number. he took a look at our sink and said he had to come back the next day with a different tool. He said he would let himself out and left the front door wide open. ugh. then did not show up the next day. I literally waited all day at home because I didn't know if he was going to call first or just show up. three voicemails have gone unanswered and three days later, I'm still stuck with a sink full of water. yuck! would not recommend to anyone.

The most unprofessional organization I have ever encountered.
What began as a minor leak repair in a secondary bathroom, ended with the technicians leaving 'to get the right tool' and never returning that day. They left my family without water in my entire house.
I understand they needed the proper tools for the job, but don't lie to me that your going to Home Depot to find the tool, then call my Home Warranty company to let them know your are not returning.
A quality progressional would assess the problem before starting the job to ensure you are prepared to complete the job. If something unforeseen happens work with the customer to find an acceptable resolution. In this case how about capping the pipe you cut and restoring water to the rest of the house.
I lost confidence in your abilities and asked Cooks not to return.
