Cookey's Mechanical Inc. is a proud Colorado corporation, co-founded by Randall and Mrs. Cucuiat on August 1st, 1995. Prior to 1995, the company operated under the name Cookey's Plumbing and Heating, which was established on March 1st, 1983. We specialize in extensive commercial and industrial mechanical projects, as well as domestic, condo, townhouse, and luxury mountain residential mechanical design-build installations. We have delivered projects across the western region of Colorado. The cost of our mechanical installations, working alongside subcontractors, varies from a few hundred dollars to millions of dollars. Highlighted projects consist of the Pitkin County Courthouse in Aspen, Colorado, valued at $1.8 million, the airport in Pitkin County at $800K, and the Pitkin County Health and Human Services in Aspen, CO at $1.0 million. Overall, the total cost for these projects is $3.6 million; the management of these three projects and all related building facilities (mechanical and electrical) is a demonstration of our proficiency.
