Prior to 1995, the company operated under the name Cookey's Plumbing and HVAC, which was established on March 1, 1983. We specialize in extensive commercial and industrial mechanical projects, as well as home, condo, row house, and high-end mountain home mechanical design-build projects. Cookey's Mechanical Inc. has successfully executed projects in the western part of Colorado. We offer mechanical installations with subcontractors that span from hundreds of dollars to millions of dollars. Highlighted projects consist of the Pitkin County Courthouse in Aspen, CO, valued at 1.8 million dollars, the Pitkin County Airport in Aspen at $800K, and the Pitkin County Health and Human Services facility in Aspen, CO at one million dollars.
