Cookey's Mechanical Inc. is a proud Colorado corporation, co-founded by Randall and Debra Cucuiat on August 1, 1995. Before 1995, the company operated under the name Cookey's Plumbing & Heating, which was established on the first of March, 1983. We concentrate on large-scale commercial and industrial mechanical installations, as well as residential, condominium, townhome, and high-end mountain home mechanical design-build projects. We have delivered projects throughout the western part of Colorado. We offer mechanical installations with subcontractors that span from hundreds of dollars to several million dollars. Notable completed projects include the courthouse in Pitkin County in Aspen, valued at $1.8 million, the Pitkin County Airport at $800K, and the Pitkin County Health and Human Services in Aspen at $1,000,000. Overall, the total cost for these projects is $3,600,000; these three projects and all associated building facilities (mechanical and electrical) management are a reflection of our capabilities.
