Cookey's Mechanical Inc. is a proud Colorado corporation, co-founded by Randall Cucuiat and Debra Cucuiat on the first of August, 1995. In the years leading up to 1995, the company operated under the name Cookey's Plumbing & Heating, which was established on the first of March, 1983. We concentrate on extensive commercial and industrial mechanical projects, as well as home, condo, row house, and high-end mountain home mechanical design-build projects. Our team has delivered projects in the western region of Colorado. Our mechanical installations, in collaboration with subcontractors, range in price from several hundred dollars to multi-million dollar projects. Notable completed projects include the courthouse in Pitkin County in Aspen, CO, valued at $1,800,000, the Pitkin County Airport in Aspen at eight hundred thousand dollars, and the Pitkin County Health and Human Services facility in Aspen at $1,000,000. In total, these projects cost $3,600,000; the management of these three projects and all related building facilities (mechanical and electrical) is a testament to our expertise.
