I love these guys! They did the plumbing for my home when it was built and I've never had a single problem with any if their work.

I recently hired them to install a gas line for an outdoor grill, they identified the best and most cost effective route for the line, they completed the work promptly and professionally, and their rates were extremely reasonable.

The entire staff is friendly and responsive, I have no hesitation recommending them.

An underground company bored through our storm waste drain while laying fiberoptic cable, causing water to accumulate all around our house. It was an incredible mess that left the ground saturated with water and our sump ran non-stop for months until Cook Plumbing discovered the issue. The entire Cook team was amazing. This is one of their busiest times of the year, yet they rescheduled their jobs so they could help us out in a real emergency. This fix required digging a 9 foot deep crater in our front yard, and the team was literally sinking in the soupy mess while trying to stay ahead of the water. It was incredible to see how hard TJ and Roger worked to fix this problem. We highly recommend the Cook Plumbing team. They were on time, every time, and that is uncommon these days!

I have gone through Cook multiple times and always had a great experience.

The first was a water heater replacement, which was done properly and quickly. Protection was laid down for the floors for the route to the basement, and the old heater was disconnected, removed, and replaced with the new one within a couple hours.

A few months later I had called about a water line that ran to my freezer that had been damaged by a Lowe's delivery person. Even though they were totally booked, they had a technician in the area stop by the very next morning to install a new line through the floor and connect it to the fridge upstairs. I was shocked at their attention and promptness to the service request.

The third time was to replace all sink faucets and shower heads in the whole house. One of the showers I had purchased on my own was incompatible with the type of showers I have, so the process was explained and new parts were brought over to replace it. They also caught a loose connection on the bolts securing one of my toilets and repaired it while they were at it.

Regarding the timing: I was kept informed as to when the technicians would show up, even if they were running a little bit early or late (or entirely as a bonus when they were able to make it in a pinch for my water line). As a local company running services that may have varying time-estimates, I find it ridiculous that other reviewers are throwing a fit about having their technicians running a little bit late.

Regarding the employees: the plumbers were always friendly and respectful, all of the services were carried out efficiently. Also, the front office employees were super nice and always very helpful for scheduling and arranging for payment.

These one star reviewers must be on crack.

We moved into our new construction home 2 years ago. This weekend, water leaked into our basement from our upstairs guest bathroom toilet when it was flushed. We called both the builder and Cook (who was the plumber for the builder) and they both said it's past the one year warranty, so we would have to pay to have it fixed. The person who came to fix it said ""the seal didn't stick like it was supposed to"". So we were forced to pay to have the work that was poorly done in the first place, just two years ago. They reiterated only a one year warranty, but to me, that should be for work done correctly and completely. Would not recommend using them, as they appear to only guarantee quality work within a 365 day time frame, and may not even do it correctly.

I hired CPC to repair a problem created by another plumber. The sewer cleanout was 2 ft below the floor. Initially, they thought they would need to tear up a portion of the basement concrete floor, estimate $850. The CPC plumber tried another procedure which solved the problem without opening the floor. He was able to cut out the cap and replace with plastic. Time - two hours. He then decided he wasn't satisfied and spent at least another 90 minutes bringing the cleanout to be flush with the surface. I was surprised and pleased that I was billed only for the first two hours.

I have used CPC at least five times and have always been pleased with their service, their people and their fair pricing.

I've used these guys several times for projects around my home. (New outdoor hose connection, clogged drains, new kitchen faucet, new disposal). Their people are usually available within a day or two, they do a great job, and they're relatively inexpensive. ($150 for a new disposal installed, for example). I won't go anywhere else.

I have used this company for years and they are consistently reliable. They do good efficient work and tackle tough projects, work hard to get done, no dilly dally. The people I send are decent hard working. They will come also without charge and look at a minor or major remodel and give you thoughts and a bid. I've talked to others who use them as their go-to company but typically us satisfied people don't write a review. I figured it was time some one did.

Update on this company. The office manager got in contact with me. I thought it was to make things right, I guess not. She stated that they spoke with their workers regarding being considerate of people's property. I advised that the dirt pile filled with rocks was still there. She pulled my bill and emailed me and advised that the work was for rough grade. I sent her the definition of what rough grade is and explained why the job was not done and got no more response.

I do want to support local businesses and saw this as an opportunity for Cook Plumbing to rectify the situation and do right. I guess that this is not the case. I would urge anyone looking to do business with this company to go elsewhere.

Do not use! I joined Yelp to warn you of them!

I had an appointment for them to be at my house between noon and 3:00. At 3:24 they called to say they were ""running late."" At 4:05, they called to say they wouldn't be here at all that day. Rescheduled for 8:30 the next morning and they showed at 8:45. The guy they sent STUNK!! I don't know if it was from his last job, body odor, or feet, but he STUNK!

Stay away from them! I would give no stars if that was an option.
