Checked out reviews of plumbers in 60175 area, and reviews for Convenient were very impressive. Called Saturday, (not emergency) and left message. Received return call Sunday from Ed, who spent almost 10 minutes with me, discussing my plumbing issues.
He and his son came out Monday AM, and quickly resolved our issue. My wife spoke to them about other plumbing concerns we have, and indicated they could help us, when needed.
We have been looking for a reputable plumber in the area, for some time, and I think we finally found someone who is honest and reputable, and not out to screw us, as others on the past have done. I highly recommend Ed and his son, as a plumbers, who care about customer satisfaction.

Great work by an honest man! He went out of his way to come fix our pipe so we could leave for vacation on time! He also told us the things another commercial company told us we needed repaired and done didn't really need to be done!

This is the best plumbing contractor I have used in 20 years of owning this house. Wanted a new battery back up sump pump system, and I reached Ed, the owner of the company. Ed patiently explained the pluses and minuses of buying a system from a big box store, and told me about the system that they install and recommend.

I decided to go with the system he recommended. I really like the fact that this is a father and son company. They came the next day and installed the system he told me about on the phone. Extremely professional installation. Fastened my ejector pipe to the wall, taped cords to the pipe, even tied cords up neatly. Cleaned work area completely. Try these guys. You won't be sorry.

These guys are honest and efficient professionals. We were desperate for help when our basement ejector pump failed and the water started backing up. I placed a call on Sunday, got an immediate call back. Ed even had the presence of mind to remind me to turn off the attached water softener, to prevent overflow from the flooded basin.

The next day I was only able to stay at home for a two hour window. Ed arrived on time, had a replacement pump ready, and quickly installed it. In 45 minutes flat, the old pump was replaced, all the water pumped and the work area cleaned up like nothing had even happened there!

And the price for all this? Very very reasonable. I would recommend these guys to anyone. Clearly superior service.

The review is in the name. This father and son team was extremely convenient. They replaced our leaky kitchen faucet very quickly, provided a lot of great information for the future, and their pricing was fair. We will 100% be calling them again in the future should anything come up.

Well....I once again needed a plumber and I called Convenient Plumbing back to do some work! These guys are so great, they went above and beyond and in addition to fixing the wax ring on one toilet, they stopped in my other bathroom and made sure that toilet was in good shape... even adjusted the flush chain for me.

Reasonable price! Friendly! Honest!!! I highly recommend this company! You can trust the quality of their work and their company values!

I am glad I found Convenient Plumbing. My experience has been very positive. Ed is easy to work with and answered all my questions. He is accurate with estimates and very professional. He provides various options and highly cost effective. Last week, he replaced my sump pump, fixed connector pipes for battery backup, fixed water softer setup with very reasonable fees. I highly recommend this plumbing service.
