The representative didn't show up for 2 different appointments without contacting me. Left me waiting 1 hour the first time, 2 hours the second time before I called HIM. I don't have time for that.

Terrible experience. Spoke to William of Contractor Pros on Tuesday 6/24. Sent him an e-mail as requested with details of the work needed. He agreed to forward a written estimate. It was never received. He agreed to be at the home today, 6/26, to do the work between 8-9am. He neve showed up. We called him several times and he does not answer. Very disappointing. Bad business practices.

These men are NOT certified or licensed.
I repeat, they are NOT licensed. I urge you to look elsewhere. They hire out help from guys who are not licensed and will come to your home and quite possibly cause you more havoc than good.
Ask them up front for licensing, insurance and if they are registered as electricians, plumbers, etc.

The man who says that he is in charge is operating under the identity of another man listed as the business owner. They have different phone numbers and if you catch him off guard he will tell you his real name is either Lewis when his name is William :/

This young man sent out guys to my property that had no idea what they were doing. They tampered with both my electrical and plumbing and I had to have the work assessed by a professional and take pictures and make records of everything for legal reasons. It is very possible that many of these yelp reviews are from family and friends or paid third party.

Be very careful who you let in your home. ALWAYS ask for their detailed paperwork and match it up with their driver's license if you have to. Whatever it takes because there is A LOT of fraud out here nowadays.

I learned the hard way and I'm trying to help others not to have to.

All day yesterday I was trying to get in contact with countless companies for help get two cats out of my air duct. The cats were in there for about 24 hours. I had the fire department and countless places tell me they couldn't help. (Fire department didn't want to do a bunch of damage to my house, which I appreciate)

These wonderful men traveled out late last night and got the job done with minimal damage done to my house. They were unbelievably kind through the whole process.

They took apart the subfloor to get to the air vent and safely got the cats out. They then fixed everything back to normal And cleaned up.

After all this. These are my guys to call and should be yours too.

On a cold Saturday morning, our power went out. The guys from Contractor Pros responded quickly and immediately diagnosed our problem. We had a faulty breaker box. Over the years water found its way inside and short circuited our whole system. The guys installed a brand new box with new breakers and a whole new waterproofed line put in from the top of our house into the box in the basement, all before the cold set in that evening. They were courteous and their price was very reasonable. I'd defiantly recommend them for your electrical needs, and if you live in North Wilmington, they're close.

the power went out in the house and the circuit breaker didn't even trip so I called them last minute emergency service and they came out same day! within the hour And fixed the issue same day before nightfall! Their communication was great, very professional and worked efficiently.

Thanks to the Yelp Guaranteed Service program! Contractor Pros responded to my request for electrical service in my almost 90 year old home. There was some old, degrading wire that we discovered and needed to have removed/replaced.

William contacted me quickly, reviewed photos of the job, and gave me a fair quote. Ryan came out a few days later at my request, they would have come out sooner but my schedule didn't allow it. Ryan took care of the main problem. A couple days later NMA came back from a trip and noticed part of his room had no power. I contacted them again and they advised they will be right out. They came, found that the connection to the panel was loose, They made sure that everything was working before they left.

William and Ryan were responsive, friendly and professional. Their price was fair. I would recommend them and would use them again.
