They replaced my water heater 5 years ago, perfect, no problems. I kept their receipt because I wanted to use them again in the future.

I called them again because it had a leak. They quickly responded and determined it was a manufacturer defect and I would get a new tank from the manufacturer.

I called for 4 weeks straight and left several voicemails. Never bothered to call me back. When they answered my call, they said they got the tank and we scheduled an appointment.

No show. No call to reschedule. I called the next day and left a voicemail. No callback.

I have no idea why they are now so terrible to me with communication. All calls and interactions have been 100% friendly and professional but it seems like they literally don't want my business. It's so out of the blue that it makes me think they are taking advantage of me by getting a free wayer heater from the manufacturer and keeping it for themselves.

4 years ago I would've said the same as all these other positive reviews but something has changed and I no longer recommend them.

Tommy came recommended by a friend so I had him over to assess my needs. I had a new kitchen faucet that needed installed, plus some less glamorous bathroom fixture and waterproofing needs that have been plaguing us for a while. Tommy said he'd knock out the faucet immediately, the come back the following Friday to complete the rest of the work (he needed to go and purchase some supplies....totally reasonable). I made the mistake of paying him for the faucet installation, and guess what...I never saw him again. He cherry-picked the easiest work, took my money for it, and then disappeared. Even after several follow-ups, I'm still in the same mess I was before he agreed to do the work. So, if you do hire Tommy, I'd recommend not paying until ALL the work is complete. Sorry that I can't recommend him....I am not even close to satisfied.

I have used Contract Plumbing on several occasions and have been very pleased. Thomas is knowledgeable and thorough and goes the extra mile to provide good customer service. I will be sure to call Contract Plumbing the next time I need plumbing work done.
