Jason just left my house from repairing my shower that wouldn't shut off. He did a phenomenal job, he did give me a couple options to repair it, one cheap and quick and a long term fix and there was no pressure and he was happy to explain both to me so I could make the decision. Excellent Customer Service. Someone actually answered the phone when I called and we set up an appointment for that day. I received a text from Bill letting me know he was on the way and he was very friendly and professional when he arrived. We had a few plumbing issues and he gave us a few options for each one and was able to complete the job quickly. Will definitely call them again when I need a plumber.

Let's get something straight. Plumbing is the work of the devil. I hate it. I'm no good at it. And I dread having to call a plumber. But when I do, I sure appreciate that Continental Plumbing is there for me. Our water heater bit the dust so my family of 4 had no hot water. We called Continental that night and they were at our door the next day. We decided to get a tankless heater but, of course, the supplier was in Dallas and had no heat or power due to the ice storm so nothing was shipping out. By chance, the owner of Continental had purchased one for his own house. When he heard we had no hot water, he told the team to take his and install it in our house. Customer service does not get any better than that. He earned a customer for life. I just hope I never need a plumber again though!
