Do not use Continental plumbing services. My toilet was clogged and I called Continental plumbing to resolve this issue. They come and did something and on the next day it happened again. This toilet is used only by my son. I called and asked to come again to see why it's happening because they haven't resolved the issue yesterday,and a representative told me that I have to pay another hundred dollars for that. It is ridiculous. It is a very bad service. They just take your money and do not give a result. There is a poor quality of Continental plumbing work. Very disappointed. 160 bucks i've paid for nothing.

We sprang a random leak that was very bad on the side of our house with the water hose. It was 4 pm on a Friday, and they had someone to by my house by 6pm. He cut into drywall, and concrete to get to it and fix it. He was very nice and helpful!!! Will continue with this company as long as I'm in their service area.

Let's get something straight. Plumbing is the work of the devil. I hate it. I'm no good at it. And I dread having to call a plumber. But when I do, I sure appreciate that Continental Plumbing is there for me. Our water heater bit the dust so my family of 4 had no hot water. We called Continental that night and they were at our door the next day. We decided to get a tankless heater but, of course, the supplier was in Dallas and had no heat or power due to the ice storm so nothing was shipping out. By chance, the owner of Continental had purchased one for his own house. When he heard we had no hot water, he told the team to take his and install it in our house. Customer service does not get any better than that. He earned a customer for life. I just hope I never need a plumber again though!

Love this company. Excellent work, friendly and knowledgeable techs, and very fair pricing. We've used them three times now for varied work, and everything they have done has been top notch. Even bought the lifetime service plan because I see no reason to use anyone else (and I have used several different plumbers in this area over the years!). Highly recommended.
