Jason just left my house from repairing my shower that wouldn't shut off. He did a phenomenal job, he did give me a couple options to repair it, one cheap and quick and a long term fix and there was no pressure and he was happy to explain both to me so I could make the decision. Our washing machine backflowed into the bathroom, filling the tub and overflowing the toilet. I called Continental Plumbing and they were quick to get me on the schedule and their tech was out in less than an hour. I recently purchased a house in New Port Richey. I had a water leak and called Continental Plumbing based on their good reviews. All was good when the person came to my house. He ordered a water leak inspection by Dunedin Leak Detection over the phone. Continental Plumbing charged me $398. I had another water leak three months later. I called Dunedin Leak Detection directly. He charged me $250. Continental Plumbing ripped me off. Dishonest deceptive and shady. I'm old, not dumb. I do not recommend Continental Plumbing. Great install (water heater and two toilets) without incident. Family-owned business and they are kind enough to send a text to let you know the technician is on his way...along with his picture, I appreciate the thoughtfulness of safety. A Fantastic company to work with! all the staff is professional and courteous. They send you a text to tell you the tech is on the way, and they send a picture, which is a great safety measure. The work was first class..I needed a water heater/installation and also a dishwasher installaltion. Both jobs were done way above my expectations. A definite use!
