I had a rather complicated and bigger job. 12 zones, boiler feeding a mile of pex tubing in my house, thermostat in almost every room it ll. These guys installed and maintained the system, upgraded or even small jobs like little sensors not working. Always do an excellent job, nice people explain everything and very fare in pricing.

(Construction Plumbing was used by our contractor in re-building our house after the Jesusita Fire:
    1. Kitchen sink and drain board had to be torn out after 5 years because of leaking pipe, black mold, and deteriorating cabinetry . Construction Plumbing personnel had made many visits to ""fix"" things and to deny there were any underlying issues/problems.

The leaks were there from before we moved in: could not pull out sink-adjacent bread board before more than 5 inches even before we moved in. This was pointed out to plumber/contractor repeatedly. And, despite many visits from contractor and Construction Plumbing, no one would take responsibility. After 5 years of this and extensive photo-documentation of the black mold & slime growing under sink, discoloration and swelling of bread boards, we were finally able to convince the contractor there were problems. Upon tear out, mold and mildew apparent on the wall behind the sink area cabinets and adjacent cupboards.
Contractor had to eat the labor costs I assume; we had to cover other costs (hardware replacement, faucets, tile). The sink area was unusable for over 2 months. (Fortunately it was summer and having an outdoor kitchen sink wasn't that bad.)

    2. Water heater installation: see photo. They Installed the copper pressure-release tubing so that it has to be removed in the case the water heater needs replacing. We now need to replace the heater .... and re-plumb the drainage.

While a few of the Company's personnel were personable, from the owner on down, we came to expect surliness and incompetence.

I was giving construction plumbing as a reference from somebody who had nothing, but great things to say about them. I called the office and they were able to come the same day and give me a bid. They were able to complete the job in 31/2 hours. Very professional, clean and knows exactly what they are doing. I am very pleased ALL across the board. I highly recommend this company. The workers are all very good. They are team players. Very impressed. Thank you

Best and most professional company in this town by far and away. The guy or gal who wrote the 1 star review may have gotten an employee not having a good day, or perhaps there was a personality problem.....regardless....Peter Kornbluth, owner, and his project manager, Jay Allen, are the consumate professionals and the best there is. Peter has forgotten more than most plumbers will ever know, and Jay is right there with him. They have done all my work for over 40 years, and will continue to do so til I don't need a plumber ever again!
