People keep thinking that this is our review for our company and we are not them or associated with this business at all ... we have the same 951 area code beginning phone number we have a reputation & 30 years of experience, and work with insurance carriers and have no negative reviews anywhere with anyone just want to make that clear.

This review will stay up till This company does right by us. We hired Fernando to build us an ADU, and it's been stressful, negligence and now we seek our money back. WE had 2 failed inspections with about 80% of the build paid for and we still haven't had stucco, drywall and not finished plumbing, hvac and electrical work. We even had to pay for another contractor to correct electrical safety concerns. We have had plenty of delays, and procrastinating efforts. We didn't sign up for that portion. We as customer have done our part and have paid for the services well in advance that have not been performed, and now Fernando has pretty much walked out of this project because he failed to correspond to any questions he was been given. We seek our money back! Till then, this stays up!

We hired Fernando (Construction Concepts) to do an ADU for my personal residents. This was in July of 2023. So far, we are not even half way done with our project and with 2 FAILED INSPECTIONS, MASSIVE DELAYS, safety concerns that had to be address but had to have another contractor fix it that we had to pay for! Keep in mind that we already have paid Fernando 85% of the project! We have reported him to the contractor's board, his insurance, and now the local authorities because he has failed to respond to our request for a refund! If he is your current contractor, consumer beware! don't pay for anything! until he actually does the job! or simply don't hire this company! See our images or how he left our job site! this had been going on for weeks.

I am giving them negative stars as of right now (Until they make it right) they did work for me last year. They were accidently sent money recently ( that did not belong to them) and they have yet to get back to me and return the money) if they make this right then I'll remove this post. But for now it will stay. Do NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!!!! They did my recessed lights which was alright but had them put in a vent fan in my bathroom.. which was put in but never connected to anything to actually work correctly.

If I could leave negative stars, I would. Don't do business with this company. They signed a contract to do a remodel and supposedly ordered $100k of materials that I paid for. They walked away and won't even return my calls.

Don't trust this company. They will steal your money.
