On Monday I called my home warranty about a problem I am having with my air conditioning (not blowing cold air). They set me up with another HVAC service provider. When they called me, I was told no one could come out until July 14th. I called my home warranty back and said that would not work I need something much sooner and I realized that tomorrow was July 4th so no one would be working. They immediately found Consolidated Mechanical. I received a call back and was told they could be out at my house on Wednesday the 5th. Jesse Garcia was who I dealt with on site. Very nice gentleman. I explained what was going on. He hopped up on the roof and within 5 minutes I had air conditioning again!!! I had a lot of questions and he answered every single one so that I understood the nuts and bolts of things. I would highly recommend Consolidated Mechanical and Jesse!

Honestly for any one that needs HVAC equipment installed, don't waste your time with this Sacramento area company.

I decided to move forward with Consolidated Mechanical as both parties agreed on what was needed and the cost was reasonable to complete the work. The very next day after the estimate was sent, I was surprised by the co-owners phone call notifying me that the work would only be accepted if he can start in three days.

I explain how absurd after they fully understood the scope of work. Clearly it felt like they overcommitted and didn't have time for the project. Instead of being honest and turning down the work due to other commitments, they continued to mislead me into believing they would still consider the project and would take the job as the work would now be completed in October. So I told them I wanted to move forward.

A week later and taking over a month of my personal time going back and forth with the co-owner on the estimate, he cancels the contract contract due to the timing of the project.

Please know this company has obligations to work on insurance contracts that consume their summer months (June-September).

You lost my respect, wasted my time, and you lost my business.
