Professional, punctual, and a pleasure to work with. Anthony and Michael take time to answer all questions, provide insight into what they are installing and its function. I called upon them due to a glowing recommendation from a neighbor and so very happy I did. My water heater is now installed.

My oil boiler lived a fairly long life but, alas, it was time to put it out of its misery. It is always stressful thinking about the next chapter. Would this process have me curled up in a fetal position? If you ever had necessary in-home service, you know what I mean; I don't relish having strangers in my home, along with the potential mishaps of large ticket installations.

Anthony, of Consolidated Fuel, was very calming. He arranged an estimate promptly, considerably lower than another vendor. However, price was just one factor. He was, also, friendly, polite and knowledgeable. Plus, he walked into my home masked, which I appreciated during a pandemic. (The other vendor did not.)

The day of the installation, Anthony arrived about 20 minutes early and was well prepared. He brought an assistant and in about four hours, my home was comfortably warm. (I was expecting it to take about six hours so that was a pleasant surprise!) Additionally, he scheduled the installation promptly, realizing that I was eager to have this remedied. At the end, he wiped the floor down with his towel. There was just a bit more that I needed to clean afterwards but it's expected after such an installation. All in all, Anthony earned my trust, and I would not hesitate to hire him again.

We paid $300 to consolidated Oil to clean our Boiler and Hot Water Hester. In the past when we have gotten our system cleaned, the tech would be at the home for about 3 hours. The Consolidated tech (Murphy)was in and out in less then 1 hour. (Didn't clean up after himself either - leaving track marks on our wood floors etc.) 3 short months later we experience a puff back, our entire house is Ruined, literally. Upon calling consolidated, their weasel technician tells us it was due to our system being ""older"", had a disrespectful bad attitude as well.
After calling a Larger, reputable Oil/ boiler service co. They took over an hour to inspect the system (free) and showed us the combustion chamber, and pointed out that the system was not fully serviced 3 months ago.(thus ""murphy"" In and out in less then 1 hour ) basically we paid their cleaning fee of $300, their shotty work led to a puffback, Ruined our home, Then when we called the owners they had the nerve to say ""I don't want to hear it"" Meanwhile They advertise that they GUARANTEE their work. Additionally, if they did not want to work on our system, they should not have collected our $300, and turned the job away! The Reputable , Non- Boiler shop company (no pun Intended) told us they have 50-100 customers with the same exact system, it is not the system it is consolidated's Faulty maintenance job. Please save yourself the headaches, they run their company out of their home, they do not stand by their work, and to top it off they were very rude to us after we experienced the Puff back. I'm conclusion our attorney has started to commence the paperwork to file a lawsuit against consolidated. DO NOT USE THIS CO

These guys are terrific. Everyone in the office is so nice and the guys that work on my burner and deliver my oil are funny and friendly. They seem like a very nice family.
