My system was installed 2 yrs ago and I called the next day and told them the reduction meter was rattling and should be replaced. I have mentioned this to 4 different service people who came to the property and listened to them call the office to relate my problem. I have called in to the office myself and asked for help at least 5 times. I left a voice mail message for the owner. So far, no return call no new meter. I just noticed my rain sensor is not functioning. The technition was just here to do the spring start up but didn't check it.
Very disappointed in the lack of courtesy.

A sign of a quality organization is how they respond when things do not go as planned. When installing our irrigation system, they accidentally cut a underground wire to our pole light. It took them several attempts however, this company was relentless in making sure everything was made right. Subsequent interactions for winterization, backflow and start up were easy and done well. The system they installed was equally good saving water based on the GPS location of our home.

Shoddy workmanship. Do not reply to phone calls or emails. I have been a loyal customer for 14 years, mostly while they were AK Irrigation. Loved everything about them. Since they became a Conserva franchise, customer service and technicians changed for the worst. I do not recommend.

Water irrigation installed in 2020. The pre install discussions were thorough and the quote was very fair. I had a 10-zone sprinkler system installed and it took one full day. The team was professional, personable, and efficient. Post installation, there were several check-ins throughout the season (to adjust water scheduling times and answer my questions). Now, I continue to use their service for monitoring, spring/and winterization.
