I've used Conroy Plumbing in the past & have had EXCELLANT service each time! Because Conroy Plmbg couldn't get to my house in the timeframe I needed, I ended up calling a different plumber. What a mistake! . . . it was nightmare! 4 hours this other plumber was in my house & my problem wasn't fixed. In fact, it was worse than before! I ended up having to call Conroy Plumbing to fix the botched job done by the other plumber. I learned my lesson . . . stick to the service people that you trust & have had great service from . . . Conroy Plumbing fits that bill!!!

I highly recommend Conroy plumbing. Their service is excellent and prices are very fair. I didn't have to wait weeks for a service called either! Rick took the time to explain what needed to be done and was finished before I knew it! I'm very happy with the quality of his work and will pass his name along to anyone needing a plumber.

Rick was awesome! He called me back immediately each time I phoned. He got the job done well and at a reasonable cost. Well worth it! And.....we will be using Rick again for our future plumbing needs.

Called out to fix a clogged toliet. He got it to flush, but wasn't confident that it would continue to work so said to call him if anything goes wrong. Two days later toilets and showers are backed up and flooding my downstairs. Called numerous times and never received a call back after expressing the urgency of the situation(he says he's 24/7). A month later I am continuing to call and finally reach him and doesn't acknowledge previous calls or take any responsibility for what occurred. Tried to support someone local and it blew up in my face. My suggestion would be to find a real plumber, and this guy is not it.

Unlike the previous reviewer, my call was returned quickly and promptly. Rick even came the next day so I have no complaints about promptness of service. My complaint is the WHOPPER of a bill I was handed for the simple replacement of an evacuation pump. SEVEN HUNDRED AND THIRTY BUCKS for an hour of work and a new pump. I paid it but was given no itemization of charges, etc., and I feel RIPPED OFF. No doubt here the price was adjusted for the quality of the neighborhood. Caveat emptor, buyer beware. It's too bad because Rick was a competent, nice guy but I'm not rich enough to use him again.

I called to get an estimate. He said he would call me on his way later in the day. He never called. Don't plan on using them if they don't care about calling people back.
