Our fireplace quit working right before the Christmas holiday. We called our go-to plumbing company, CONROE PLUMBING. Justin came out and did a great job. We appreciate his professionalism and work ethic. He was diligent and was able to fix our problem in time for family get togethers over the holidays. I recommend Conroe Plumbing, and if you're lucky, you'll get JUSTIN to fix your problem!

Hurricane Beryl took out some huge trees in our yard and lifted our main gas line out of the ground 3'. We can't thank Justin enough for his knowledgeable expertise in repairing the line and restoring the gas to our home. Great value, communication and quality work. I broke the water supply line to my house while digging. Called Conroe Plumbing. They said a plumber would call me when in route. The plumber (Darrell) called within 30 minutes and was at my house 15 minutes later. He repaired the broken PVC, installed a new shutoff valve and connected to house PEX piping. Very satisfied with service and will call next time a plumber is needed.

The master plumber showed up an hour late for the diagnostic visit. I had to go out to the property twice. They got the job done the next day, Which was very good. But did not replace the water heater with the same size. I had no time to ask them to switch it so I got to pay for the bigger one. They did not send an invoice, but called for payment by phone a few days after the service. I gave them my credit card number and asked for an invoice. The next day the owner called asking why I had not paid. Apparently he was not in communication with his staff. I still had not received an invoice. The new water heater has a warranty. I had to call them back to ask about it because they told me nothing. The owner acted as if I should have known to get the serial number and call the manufacture for Warranty information. Then he asked for my recorded call times to his tech and secretary from my phone because he did not know what his staff was doing. Not organized at all! Thankfully the inspection went well except for the water spot on the drywall from where the tech drained the old water heater. I get to go out and paint it now! UPDATE on 8/7. I finally got the invoices on 8/5. The first one did not have a credit card processing fee. The next one did and it was a huge $88! The owner indicated he would not remove this fee even though he added it AFTER the original invoice was created.

I do not recommend this service provider!

I have been trying to get this company to come out to install a whole house filtration system for 2 weeks. Keisha, the scheduling lady, has never gotten our information correct. When the time had passed for our first appointment time, I called to see what happened. She told me that they would not be out that day due to another job that ran over. She NEVER called to inform me of that. Rescheduled for the next day, however they did not show again and when I called about that she had the wrong address, the incorrect job but my name attached to this incorrect information. Rescheduled for today, Monday. When they did not arrive on time, I called again and she told me they were running late and would be here soon. 1.5 hours later the plumber called to confirm the address, it was wrong. Totally lost confidence in this company all due to the incompetence of the scheduling lady, Keisha. When I called to inform her of my lack of confidence and cancelled the appointment she expressed no concern. Just "OK, I will let them know". The plumbers may be great, I don't know.

I called Conroe plumbing Monday for a hot water leak and scheduled an appt for the next day. They showed up in a timely manner & fixed our problem with ease. They told us what was wrong and after they finished they showed us that our leak was fixed. Corbin & Kenneth were our plumbers. They talked to us respectfully and even showed some love to our bulldog. We will continue our business with Conroe plumbing for any future issues that might occur. They were very reasonably priced for what they did for our issue. 10/10 recommend.

Called Conroe Plumbing on Saturday at 8AM to fix a leak under the kitchen sink and install a new faucet because of a break. Corbyn and Aaron were here by 10AM the same day - Very courteous and professional. They completed the work around 11AM at a reasonable price. Highly recommend these guys!
