Conrad is adept at easy things such as a leaky faucet, but when I asked him to install a new shower valve in my newly remodeled shower stall, he failed to install the thing correctly and the job couldn't be completed, then when he was called on his failure to do the job correctly, he blamed me for his poor work and stormed out of my house - refusing to stand behind his work.

I could have tried to switch it out myself, but it was a little complicated and I didn't want to mess things up. I made an appointment with Conrad, sent him some photos of the job, he showed up right on time and promptly finished the job. He left the site neat and tidy.
