These guys are great! My 15 year old Rheem 40 gal water heater went out. Something to do with igniting the pilot. They could have easily told me I needed a new water heater but they were honest.
They first tried replacing the heater thermostat or coupler ( not sure what its called ) and it was fixed. If that hadn't worked then I would have needed a new one but Alex & Francisco repaired it properly.
I was truly impressed with their courtesy and professionalism.
I will definitely be calling them again.

My usual plumbers weren't available on the weekend and thank goodness someone knew Alex who works for Conover Plumbing. Alex came over right away (on a weekend) and took care of the problem immediately.

I had another issue on another day and my usual plumbers weren't able to help (again) and low and behold, Alex to the rescue!! He again took care of the problem right away.

No one complained about his work.

My only issue was the cost. My usual plumbers are cheaper, but you obviously get what you pay for. Alex is now my go to guy.

I have called Alex at Conover Plumbing. He came with his assistant and they did an excellent job .After the work was done everything was cleaned ! unbelievable! Most of the plumbers leave all dirty!
I will recommend him at any time. Also for emergencies the are very reliable. Good job Alex!

I have used Brandon at Conover Plumbing and his crew for the past several years and I've been very impressed with their service and knowledge. They just redid the plumbing in my remodeled kitchen as well as installing all new hardware and faucets in one of our bathrooms. Everyone has been very timely, courteous and honest, besides cleaning up very well after the work has been completed. I would highly recommend them for any plumbing needs that you might need.

Conover Plumbing is awesome, I highly recommend them! I text Alex at Conover on Saturday night when I had a bathtub back up and he text me right back and came first thing Monday morning. He got our clog taken care of quickly and got us back on the road. He has come to my house a number of times and was extremely friendly, professional and very effiecient. He is honest and fair and always my first call when something goes wrong. Finding a good plumber is a needle in a haystackin LA - but not when you can call Conover....

Great and prompt service, came before the arranged time and the 2 gentleman worked fast, they were courteous and did an excellent job. Overpriced and our two toilets STILL don't work. They made 3 separate trips to our house(one, a total waste) tried to charge us again for the followup appt. when they replaced some interior mechanisms. $300 a visit? Insane and basically twice the going rate. Listening to our toilet run and run, wasting water, and now we need to call another plumber to fix whatever the Conover team did or did not do-maddening.

I have used Conover Plumbing a handful of times throughout the past several years, and I have never been disappointed. Most recently, water was pouring out from my water heater. I called Todd at 7:30 in the morning. He asked me to send some pictures of my water heater and within 3 hours he had arrived with a new water heater, took away the old and we had hot water again.

Another time, a friend had called another company because he had a clogged toilet. I The other company was telling him it was going to cost over $3400 because the problem was in the piping running between the street and his toilet. I told him to hold off and call Conover Plumbing to get a 2nd opinion. Conover Plumbing came with their heavy duty snake and was able to unclog the drain! This was over 2 years ago and he has not had any problems. Saved my friend $3300 plus!

Todd is very knowledgeable, straight-forward, reasonably priced and honest. He calls it as he sees it. I wish there were more Todd's in this world

I don't even know where to begin with the nightmare that is Conover Plumbing. They are the definition of over promising and under delivering. We hired Conover Plumbing to repipe the entire building on our threeplex (a $50,000 job). We asked for a working toilet and shower so we could at least be living there while it was being repiped. He promised that would take a week, that took a month. In fact, we were lucky to get one of his workers to our place for half a day during an entire work week. And when they would come, there was absolutely zero notice when they were coming. In fact, there was about 10 week gap where they just decided to shop showing up. Work was done, then sheet rocked over only to reveal shoddy work with leaks so all the new sheet rock had to be torn out and everything had to be redone. It is now a year later and brand new kitchen cabinetry warpage is revealing a leak from their services. Todd came by to look at it and was oddly silent when looking at the damage. We called another plumber who immediately pointed out the issues. I cannot recommend you stay away from Todd Conover Plumbing enough. We held off writing this, but Conover Plumbing has not returned our phone calls.
