I had a hissing sound coming from under my house, which could only be one of two things; a live snake, or a plumbing issue. Since there are no snakes in Santa Monica, I came to the conclusion that I had a plumbing issue.

A good friend recommended Conover Plumbing, since she has had good results from them. So I called Alex this morning and told him what and were my plumbing problem is located. Within 4 hours he sent two of his employees to my residence to fix my problem.

My new go to plumber will be Alex and his crew.

He is super responsive even when we sent him text on the weekends. Along the way if there were any issues that came up Alex handled them right away and they were fixed. Conover is absolutely amazing in every way: they are prompt and their work impeccable. I had a plumbing emergency--my son pulled the shower pipe out of the wall. I called Alex on a Sunday night and they had Erik there at 8 am the next morning. Erik was amazing, his work top quality, which is essential. Alex kept in contact checking to make sure all was well. They now have a customer for life. Finding a good plumber is like winning the lottery. Again, absolutely the best!

I found Alex on a Sunday with an issue that wouldn't be good to wait. He showed up - I already loved him. The problem was solved very quickly. I was relieved that I didn't feel ripped off, and he gave me a little tip on how NOT to excacerbate the issue I was having. I've had to call him several times and either he shows up or his colleague Tyler appears and they know exactly what the problem is and how to solve it. Then they tell you when it'll be doe and how much. And that's the invoice. Also, they just seem like really really good guys and I'm glad I know them now. If you need a plumber - say Yes to them and call.
