My gas boiler was not heating my house when I returned home from a weekend away; the temp in my house was 52 deg.
I called Bill who was referred to me by another plumber. Bill answered right away and asked what the problem was.
He sent Lewis, who came within 15 min. It was after hours, 5:00 pm.
Lewis was very nice, confident and within minutes diagnosed the problem. I did NOT need a new boiler! I just needed a new water circulator pump, which he had in his truck!
After explaining everything to me,
he drained water out of system and installed the new pump and refilled system. Then he bled air from ALL the radiators (15 of them). We had heat again!
A ""triple miracle"" event: They answered phone, they came, and they fixed it. Lewis is great! Thanks Lewis (and Bill), great job and work ethic!

Pipes for water supply leaked in our slab ranch house . The owner Bill sent someone to look that day and they started the next day, during a holiday week. Very responsive and Andres was proactive in recommending improvements in system while the pipes were exposed. Thorough and quick job!! Neat and did things the right way!!Highly recommended!!!

Wow! These guys are fantastic! We worked with Jessie, Scott, Andre, and John. All excellent plumbers with great personalities. We had a small faucet problem which Andre came out and fixed immediately. Later, we replaced our water tank, which was beautifully installed at a reasonable price. We have a large 3 story home and due to poor initial installation we have had heating and plumbing issues for over a decade. We struggled with another plumbing service, paying them a lot of money for bandaid fixes. We were frequently with unreliable heat and minimal hot water in middle of winter. Finally this year after surveying available plumbing contractors, we chose Connerney Plumbing from Framingham and what a difference. Connerney came in and spent a day or two studying our system to fully understand it. They developed in organized manner a master list of things to be remediated, and they resolved each issue efficiently.

Unfortunately we required a new 80 gallon hot water tank and significant plumbing work to correct the initial install. Jesse sat down and explained that in the long run it would be better to remove the boiler, hot water tank and plumbing and to reinstall from ground up correctly. He recommended a Veissman boiler and hot water tank and we discussed how he would redo plumbing with shut offs and draw offs that would minimize future problems and lower costs significantly for repair.

We bit the bullet and went with the Connerney team, although this was a major investment. From that moment, every step of our experience was positive. Connerney's team of plumbers were professional, neat, organized and met all time lines. More importantly their installation was done artfully. Jesse and team shared all about the new system and plumbing, the whys and the hows on how the new system and plumbing works and ease of service. We now have a quiet new system that delivers perfect heat and humidity through our home. Our hot water supply is infinitely better for jacuzzi. I wish we had found Connerney a decade ago. They are true professionals you can trust
