We recently moved to Overland Park from northern California and I had a problem with low water pressure. Adam from Connelly Plumbing Solutions showed up and was able to correctly diagnose the problems and make the repairs onsite with the parts he had in his possession. He took the time to explain to me how the various components worked and I am happy to report that the low water pressure issue is a thing of the past. The service I received was second to none and I would HIGHLY recommend CPS for any plumbing concern you may have!!!

We had consistent sewer gas smell in our master bath. I heard about Connelly plumbing on the radio and gave them a call. They gave us a suggestion to try before coming out and charging us. It didn't work so we called back. We got an appointment for a few days later, not an emergency. They showed up 5 minutes early and thoroughly investigated our problem. They also checked out our kitchen faucet while there. Gave us lots of great information and advice and didn't suggest any expensive fixes. And they didn't charge us for anything. I highly recommend them for any plumbing issues as they are honest, friendly, professional and reliable.

I can safely and officially recommend reaching out to Connelly. After using them a few times now, they're my go-to.

We had a bid from another well-known area plumbing company and everything about it was off; the plumber himself, the price, the pressurized sales pitch. I bailed on that one and did a Request a Quote on Connelly's page and it was worlds better. It was also much, much more fairly and accurately priced than the first company I had out.

For starters, they have two hour windows for appointments vs four or even
eight hours, so you can plan your visit much more easily.

The two plumbers (named Adam and can't remember the other) who came out were friendly and helpful (and masked which I appreciated as we're still in this Covid ordeal) and really couldn't have been better.

They answered stray questions I had about some other issues, and installed both a new water pressure regulator and valve that had corroded/clogged up. Definitely one of those blah ""joys of home ownership"" moments, and not the funnest thing to spend money on, but worth it to keep things humming along. They gave me a 5% discount for being a repeat customer, took credit card easily, and emailed a detailed receipt before even leaving the house.

They also offer a 1 year warranty, which was 11 months longer than the other company I'd initially reached out to.

Definitely lived up to the strong reviews, and like I mentioned at the top, they'll be my go-to both personally, and when I'm asked for recommendations.

Had to replace pipes throughout entire house for pending sale. Connelly was a life saver. Got us in and worked with our tight timeline. Amazing service - Jenny even responded to my emails after hours! Plumbers were professional, knowledgeable, thorough and coordinated well with our drywallers (in fact they found them for us!). Reasonably priced for such a huge job. They lived up to all their 5-star reviews online. Highly recommend!

we had a backup on our mainline on a Thursday night. I called Connelly first thing Friday morning. to my suprise they had a guy out there within the hour. guessing this is not always the case.
he pulled about 5-10lbs of roots out of the line and cleared it up.
They were very kind and helpful.
the service was a bit costly @ $299 but looking back it was well worth it.
we would call them again in a heartbeat.

Starting with my phone call to the office, Jenny of Connelly Plumbing Solutions was courteous, prompt, and speedy. In a matter of hours our old hot water heater was removed and a beautiful new 50 gallon tank was installed for my family. Brian was so nice to use our basement entry to help keep the rest of the house warm even though it was a much longer walk back and forth to his truck. Woke up to a toilet issue,called them at 7:30 and Cory was at our house within 45 minutes. Service was very professional. Instead of waiting for a new toilet to be delivered later, he picked it up himself. Great new toilet up and running 4 hours after first call made. Would definitely recommend and use again!
