Horrible first time experience with this company! I was in need of a plumber and found them online in the Pearland area. I called and a VERY rude Asian woman answered the phone and was practically yelling at me and asked me in a very direct manner "What do you want"?---(well plumbing services, of course, or why else would I call) she rudely said "I put you on hold and I let you know schedule, k?" yes, she said it just like that and then hunged up on me!! So I call back and the phone just rings and rings and finally a man answered and he was just as rude on the phone and said they were very busy and could come out until a few weeks....again, in a real DIRECT/ RUDE tone and both of these "NUT Cases" acted like I was "bothering" them. There are plenty plumbing companies in the area that want your business and appreciate you calling them....and you don't act like this to people if you want to run a reputable business. ..... AND...I called another company and got the customer services I should have and in a nice, courteous manner. This company will not succeed with people acting like this on the phone --especially with the Asian woman that originally answered my call. SMH.

I called Todd, the owner, to check out a blocked line to my bath. He came out, told me the line had to be replaced to the sewer, it would be around $3000 and he could do it immediately. I told him OK and then had second thoughts since I hadn't had a second opinion. I emailed him within 5 hours of him leaving my home to tell him I wanted to cancel until I thought about it. I then received an intimidating email from him saying I'd never be able to find someone else to do it like he could at the price. His tone was alarming. I responded that I wanted more time. The very next day the city inspectors arrived at my home saying they had been tipped off that I had an open sewer line. Todd was the only one who had been there and knew it existed since it was in a fully enclosed back yard. So, if you don't hire Todd be prepared for the backlash. Of course, I'm an older woman, so he might have had be pegged as a 'mark'. Very unpleasant experience with this man. Oh, and got it done for $1700 the next week.

I live in California, we own property in Houston TX. Our tenant called with a plumbing emergency with a leak in the front yard. I found Connections, a plumbing company. One of their plumbers came out to the property within a very short time. Figured out where the leak was, which unfortunately was under the driveway. This company took care of everything, had a concrete crew out the following day to remove a large section of cement, the leak was repaired at the same time, backfilled and fully repaired that day as well, concrete included. I was able to see the problem, progress and completion of work via texting with pictures. I highly recommend this company, they acted very quickly and efficiently and took care of the whole thing. No mess left behind either.

I hired Connection A plumbing Company to come out and install an ice maker box which he charged me $250 labor only. They came out and installed the box in the wall and left. A week later after all the cabinets were installed and the refrigerator was hooked up, there was no water. After calling Mr. Bloom he refused to come out and render any type of service to assist the customer or assess the situation. His attitude was his work is perfect and there is a charge to come back out. Needless to say if Mr. Bloom would have turned the water valve on upon completion, he would have know that the line he hooked up to was a dead line and had no water. Unfortunately I had to hire another gentlemen to come out and fix the problem because I could get Mr. Bloom to even consider coming back out to assess the problem. When I asked him to come back out he told me the $250 I pad him was chicken feed. Well it's real sad to say, good customer service is still hard to find.
