Donald came out to give me a quote on my house. He was very knowledgeable and willing to look at all options for the job. Once we agreed upon what to do, he communicated often and showed up when he said he would. (which is a big deal for me). They finished all the work in one day and made sure everything was clean and running right, that is all I wanted. I would definitely call Donald @ Connect Heating and Plumbing again!

Had this company out to check on a electrical problem. After a 10 minute visit we figured out the problem. However, They did not fix or repair anything besides turning on and off switches. Next day got a 220 dollar bill. Rip offs

It is 19 degrees outside. Our home warranty provider gave us this company to fix our non working furnace. They notified us they could be here in 4 days. They were not willing to help us as we were freezing. Not the least bit helpful.

If you need AC repair, maintenance definitely call Connect Heating and Air. Our technician was Kenneth Chapman and he was very knowledgeable, professional and actually fixed our AC. We found our unit didn't have enough coolant. I would give this company the highest rating possible. Our house is nice and cool now and it's 100 degrees outside. Thank you Kenneth and team for everything. I have also noted my AC unit is running much smoother and is more quiet after the service visit.

Connect Heatjng and Air will not disappoint! They came to my home for my winter check after installing all new HVAC 6 months ago. They sent the same dependable people as well as the sales manager over my account followed up closely with me to make sure all scheduling and warranty work was satisfactory.
I feel like I'm never going to be ""ditched"" by them. I like that I have the confidence to know they will be there for as long as I own the unit. I can't say that for other companies I've used. If you're buying a new HVAC seriously consider Comfort hearing and air!

I took off work early to be home for my appointment, which was scheduled for 2-4 pm according to my email confirmation and phone call two days prior. Well it is now 6 pm and no one showed up. No phone call. No email. No text. This company clearly does not care about keeping commitments nor about my time. They just lost a customer for life.

They were quick, efficient and were willing to help us with financing and advise us on the needs our house required. They did, however make a very ugly cut into one of our walls as they were trying to install an air vent. The vent plate wasn't secured to the wall very well either. (It popped off a day after they left, we had to go get some anchors to install it again.
We do wish they had told us the weren't going to install ductwork inside the walls either before they started. All they did was cut a few holes in the wall and attached ductwork only in the furnace room. We have an older home and we have worried about the dust inside the walls being sucked into the furnace.

I was forced to use this company through my home warranty company. My furnace kept locking up for 12-24 hours at a time in the dead of winter. They were very slow to come out and postponed the first appointment. Their technician was not very skilled despite claiming over 10 years experience. He called his brother (also an HVAC guy) many times to get advice.
They strung me along for 6 weeks! I have a family of young children and a little infant who suffered a cold winter because this company was so unprofessional.

The technician (Brady G. who conveniently reviewed his own company with a 5 star rating on this site) made promises that he never kept. I called to see why he had not come back for 3 weeks when he promised he would come out that Friday. He said, ""We have 800 people ahead of you."" Wow, do you really want this type of customer service?

They never fixed the furnace. I cut my losses and hired a real contractor (Ben Henry) who fixed it right away. Stay away from these guys.

After I made a claim to my Landmark Home Warranty, Schawn from Connect Building Services was dispatched to my house this morning. He was on time. In fact he even showed up a little bit early. That never happens! He was very detailed. He went above and beyond. I would recommend their services to anyone. He was very professional and very kind and very smart. He is welcome back anytime.
