I put a screw in the wall where I never expected a pipe to be located, and punctured it. I was unable to locate repair parts at the Big-Box stores, and was unsuccessful in getting two local plumbers to show any interest in helping me. I chose to call Connally because of their great reviews. They scheduled me an appointment in less than 24 hours, and arrived early. The technicians were kind, polite, efficient, and answered all my questions in regard to required repairs. The price quote was fair, (less than expected) and turned out to be even less on completion. I would highly recommend Connally Plumbing of New Braunfels, to everyone in Comal County.

These guys are true professionals. My family and I have been using them for years. They've come late at night, on the weekends, and even on holidays. They're courteous, professional, and reasonably priced. They do good work in a timely manner. Today when they came to my door, I was wearing a mask and they asked if I wanted them to follow COVID protocols. I did and they did. They were very respectful. I always do and always will recommend them as our go-to plumbers.

My wife's sink in our master bathroom was clogged plus there was a constant drip/leak from the faucet. It needed attention immediately because a woman without a functional sink can be a horrifying experience. We had used other plumbers in the past and were never happy with their work, professionalism or attitudes. We also had a leak from one of the handles in our half bath off the family room. A little research lead us to Connolly Plumbing and Justin, who answered the phone, was able to schedule us the next day. Hunter and Omar arrived punctually and went straight to work. Unlike other "quick fix" outfits, they disassembled the drain and routed it out properly. It works amazingly well now ... and they fixed both faucet leaks without a blink. They were professional, pleasant, respectful and efficient. I should mention that they had everything they needed on their large van truck, which was also impressive. No running around or wasting time. All in all, it was an amazing experience with a fair price. Connally will definitely be our plumber of choice in the future. More companies could take a lesson or two from Connolly Plumbing ... customer service and satisfaction appears to be a priority along with an admirable ability to fix problems effectively and efficiently. Now, back to Happy Wife; Happy Life! Thank you Hunter & Omar ... great job!!

This company keeps letting me down. I used to live in a rent house and they were the contracted plumbers, I dealt with some rude back and forth s from the receptionist at the time as well as the plumbers telling me multiple times that grease build up was from years of grease, but then refused to tell the owner of the home causing me to foot the bill.
Then today, I chose this company based on their work, not their honesty, to install my water softener. They arrived and opened the box we had bought from lowes. They advised that it was broken and that we would have to send it back. They then left my home and gave us a 95 dollar bill for less than 15 minutes at my home. I understand a bill but for doing no work I can't believe that. I then called and spoke to the owner who refused to budge on the price stating "it was booked and gas is expensive". I'm sorry but in my opinion these people are crooks no matter if they work well or not. I would probably have been a lifelong customer for them as I live in new braunfels, but I will never give connally plumbing another chance. Disappointed.

I have worked with Justin, Roxanne and Lacy for a second time now on an extremely difficult project and these folks are on top of their game!

I am in the property management business and I work with multiple plumbing companies across several geographic areas and trust me, this outfit is the gold standard.

The communication is impeccable, as is their work quality and pricing. You cannot do better than these folks. I wish more service companies could be like them!
