Big shout out to Justin. I called Connally to replace our water softener. While here, I mentioned my water pressure issues. Justin was the third plumber I have spoken to about this since we bought our house 2 years ago. It's always had water pressure issues. The first plumber said he turned up the pressure at the main. The second plumber removed filters at the head of the showers. I told Justin about the water pressure and he said your prv valve wasn't working. Replaced it on the spot and told me my life will be different from now on. He was right, best shower I've had in years!

My problem is with their rates, not quality of work. They gave me a cost range (high end would apply if problems or unexpected difficulties occur) and I agreed. They re-installed a dishwasher, connected a new sink drain and installed a new ice maker in my island - job took about four hours. Plumber at my house commented at the end that the job went pretty smoothly, so I expected to pay the low end of the range. They then billed me the high end amount - $1050.
Quality of work was good. The connections were neat and they were careful not to scratch anything and clean up afterwards. So expect to pay top dollar for good work.

Connally Plumbing pulls through for us again. Left the house for a couple hours on Sat just to come home and find water leaking down through the ceiling. Called Connally and within an hour had Justin and Simon out to replace the water heater and get everything back up to code. OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE AND WORKMANSHIP. NB is very fortunate to have such a good company.

I made an appointment to have the tree roots removed from my home's drain, something that has to be done annually. The employees who arrived discovered after working about 45 minutes that they did not have enough line to reach the clog. They called someone to bring them additional line and expected me to pay for another hour of labor because they did not come to the job with the necessary equipment. Since I had no way of knowing how long it would take for them to get the equipment, I sent them on their way and paid $170 for essentially nothing. This experience gave me a very poor impression of the company and their customer service standards.

Discovered a leaking pipe on a Saturday around noon and called Connally. I was a new customer, but they made it out later that afternoon. Friendly, honest. I will use them again!

Super nice young men arrived in timely manner and performed work as requested and answered questions professionally and knowledgeably! I would highly recommend. Fees just slight above average but install was clean and the courtesies are well worth!

I had a water leak at a rental property near Canyon Lake on a Sunday and everyone in the area was closed. Scanning Google these guys were the only ones open, or at least would answer the phone.

They were on site within an hour and located the leak, forwarded pictures, estimated the cost to replace a (non standard sized) hot water heater and line, and had it replaced on Monday by 2:30 in the afternoon. They would have had it done before noon, but the heater they brought out was 2" too high and didn't fit so they had to go back to New Braunfels and pick up a new one and drive back out to the house. Otherwise they'd get a 5 star rating.

They were courteous, professional, maintained contact with me, advised of water damage (scored another winner on carpet cleaning), the price reflected competitive alternatives and I felt happy to have the problem solved for the price paid. I would recommend Connally Plumbing in a heartbeat.

Connally Plumbers came promptly to our home when we called about water seeping in under a cabinet. They found the source of our leak, repaired it and explained what caused it. While they were here we asked if they could do something to help get hot water more quickly to the end of the house farthest from the water heater, and in "short order" they had a recirculating pump delivered and installed. Even the description of their job was legible and understandable on the invoice. Thanks Connally!

Had a leak in a pipe. Our usual plumber was ill so we called Connally. BIG MISTAKE! Scott gave us an estimate to fix the leak. However he did not stand by his quote and, it ended up costing over twice what we were expecting. The techs Carlos and Taylor were very nice and capable but unfortunately they are working for a company that puts greed over integrity. We were charged more for a 1 hour job than our other plumber charged for an 8 hour reroute! We will never use Connelly again.
