This company keeps letting me down. I used to live in a rent house and they were the contracted plumbers, I dealt with some rude back and forth s from the receptionist at the time as well as the plumbers telling me multiple times that grease build up was from years of grease, but then refused to tell the owner of the home causing me to foot the bill.
Then today, I chose this company based on their work, not their honesty, to install my water softener. They arrived and opened the box we had bought from lowes. They advised that it was broken and that we would have to send it back. They then left my home and gave us a 95 dollar bill for less than 15 minutes at my home. I understand a bill but for doing no work I can't believe that. I then called and spoke to the owner who refused to budge on the price stating "it was booked and gas is expensive". I'm sorry but in my opinion these people are crooks no matter if they work well or not. I would probably have been a lifelong customer for them as I live in new braunfels, but I will never give connally plumbing another chance. Disappointed.

I have worked with Justin, Roxanne and Lacy for a second time now on an extremely difficult project and these folks are on top of their game!

Curtis & Jacob rescued me! I called about an upsetting wet spot on my living room ceiling below my upstairs bathroom and the problem was solved within just a few hours of calling them! They were careful to not leave a mess and were clear about the investigation, solutions and costs associated with each step. They also wore masks so I felt respected and care for far beyond my plumbing needs.

I highly recommend Connally Plumbing Inc, they did a fantastic job and problem solved my water leak. Justin L and Josh worked their tails off digging multiple trenches four feet deep for more than five hours to find a small leak in a PVC pipe that was spilling close to 400 gallons of water an hour. They didn't complain one bit and told me they'd stay out as long as it took to finish the job. That's top notch service and those two young men need a raise and some beers for their phenomenal work and respectfulness. I'm so glad I went with Connally, you all are amazing and helped me and family out tremendously solving a major issue with my house. Thank you for everything, Justin and Josh!

Big shout out to Justin. I called Connally to replace our water softener. While here, I mentioned my water pressure issues. Justin was the third plumber I have spoken to about this since we bought our house 2 years ago. It's always had water pressure issues. The first plumber said he turned up the pressure at the main. The second plumber removed filters at the head of the showers. I told Justin about the water pressure and he said your prv valve wasn't working. Replaced it on the spot and told me my life will be different from now on. He was right, best shower I've had in years!

My problem is with their rates, not quality of work. They gave me a cost range (high end would apply if problems or unexpected difficulties occur) and I agreed. They re-installed a dishwasher, connected a new sink drain and installed a new ice maker in my island - job took about four hours. Plumber at my house commented at the end that the job went pretty smoothly, so I expected to pay the low end of the range. They then billed me the high end amount - $1050.
Quality of work was good. The connections were neat and they were careful not to scratch anything and clean up afterwards. So expect to pay top dollar for good work.

Connally Plumbing pulls through for us again. Left the house for a couple hours on Sat just to come home and find water leaking down through the ceiling. Called Connally and within an hour had Justin and Simon out to replace the water heater and get everything back up to code. OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE AND WORKMANSHIP. NB is very fortunate to have such a good company.
