I almost hate to post negative reviews about anyone but I did not have a good experience with James from Confluent. He came out to repair the cartridges in my faucets that were leaking. James briefly walked in the house, looked at the sink and stated that I needed to replace my faucets and he would do it for $495 outside of the warranty company. When i went back to the warranty company to see if they would provide any credit to go towards it, James changed the price to $508 for labor only to replace the faucets and I would need to buy the parts.
I saw this company has received some pretty good reviews but I can say this was not a good experience and i never heard back from him when I questioned the reason for the bump in price.
