We had our range delivered unexpectedly several days early. I called, and the guys were able to get us in the next day even though it meant that they had to work quite late on a Friday. Eddie was knowledgeable, competent and just great to work with! He really went above and beyond to take care of our range install. Not to mention, this is by far the nicest range we have purchased and they got it in from the detached garage over the deck and backyard with out a hitch. He even had to take the back door off its hinges to get my new range in without a chance of a scratch! We will be using them again.
All this, and they were very conscientious about following safety protocols for covid-19. Masks and gloves are no fun, but we all donned masks and kept appropriate social distance.

Kudos for the great work and kudos for the safety. Our son works as a server for my fathers retirement apartment community, so safety is a number one consideration, and we felt confident that they were keeping themselves, us and our loved ones very safe.

I had several issues with my bathroom and kitchen sink faucets and first called another plumbing company that never returned to finish the job. This was after telling me that they needed to tear out my walls in order to fix the problem. Confidence Plumbing came to the rescue. Eddie came out to first asses the problem and then returned with the correct parts and fixed everything. He and his assistant took the time to make sure that everything was working correctly. My walls are still in tact and my faucets are all running perfectly. I highly recommend Confidence Plumbing!

They don't care and very bad communication. I waited a week to have them come to my house. They came saw the issue with my water heater and told me what was needed. I have American Home Shield warranty and while AHS might not be the best to deal with, this plumber IS one of their contractors. Confidence Plumbing then turns down the job because AHS wasn't paying enough for the repair. However, that is NOT what they told AHS. They told AHS they couldn't fix the water heater and didn't know why is wasn't working. Confidence Plumbing never called me back to explain the pay problems and that they were passing on the job.... They left me hanging. So I had to wait again for another plumber through AHS to come to the house and go through it all over again. All Confidence had to do was at least call me and be upfront about the situation. They were not. They are fully aware of the agreement they entered into with AHS and didn't care at all about me being in the middle of them. After waiting for them to come to the house, they didn't care one bit about how long I waited or that my issue was still happening. THEY NEVER EVEN CALLED TO TELL ME THEY WERE PASSING ON THE JOB. I found out from AHS, and after three calls to Confidence. Still haven't heard from the manager there.

I originally reached out to Confidence Plumbing due to a story of a coworker that had CP do some work for her elderly father. That story had me looking to find some work for them. After some construction work in the house, our contractor didn't hook our sink back up properly and the dishwasher wasn't draining. Confidence plumbing fixed that issue and another potential leak issue from the install. I appreciated the thorough service and would use and have already recommended them to friends.

My dad lives alone and is an elderly man. His house is close to 50 yrs old and he had a gas leak which was the 2nd one in the past year. It was less than a week before Thanksgiving on a Friday of all days and I had 2 companies come out to fix the issue, but they found out there was more than just a gas leak going on. Neither wanted to take on this job. Confidence Plumbing LLC came out the same day, looked at it and knew it was a big task and explained everything that was going on to me and my dad. Paul and Eddie came in, laid out the plan and projected timeline and they along with Javier and their team worked over the weekend, against their normal protocol, to get the job done in record time and before Thanksgiving. They redid all the plumbing throughout the house, all the gas piping throughout the house, water heater replacement, main line replacement, and complete insulation on everything in under 3 days and got my dads house back to best state ever just in time for Thanksgiving. This company's values for their customers needs exceeds the norm. Paul, Eddie, Javier, and the rest of the Confidence Plumbing LLC team are truly something to be thankful for this holiday season. You guys are the best!!!

Our dishwasher leaked and we had quite significant water damages in our kitchen. After the cabinets were rebuilt - The Confident Plumbing, LLC was contracted by The Steam Team to put back our sink and dishwasher. Eddie was professional and friendly. He explained the job to us and he completed it without any challenges. It is difficult to find someone whom you can trust for jobs nowadays. I hope we won't have to - But we will definitely call Eddie again if we need any plumbing assistance. Eddie Rocks!

I made the mistake of hiring someone else to install a sink and it was an absolute disaster. Eddie came out in a Saturday morning and did a fantastic job of cleaning up the mess. Would highly recommend.
